Fun game!
My daughter loves trying to solve mysteries, so this is a perfect game for her. She got it for Christmas, and we have played it a few times already. Some of the mysteries are more challenging than others. A fun game for people who like to solve puzzles!

It is exactly what I was looking for, but I think the 12+ age suggestion is inaccurate, especially if your kids have read Encyclopedia Brown books. If it had said 8+ I would have given it five stars.

Whodunnit?
This is a great pack of 52 mysteries.On one side of the card you will be given a mystery and that Shadow must determine who com mitted the crime.The solution to the mystery,and why,is given on the back of the card. All kinds of games can be imagined; both in the numbers of players or cards.It can be also used for entertainment for one while travelling or as a time filler. The name of the detective reminds me of the old times of the late 40's or 50's when we were all thrilled by the great mystery radio show ,"The Shadow",with the saying, "What evil lurks in the hearts of men? .The Shadow knows."

Spelling Mistakes / Stories don't make sense
There are spelling mistakes on some of the cards. Also some of the stories do not make sense at all...I'm giving it three stars because some of the stories are great, but some are not.
