No instructions on use
Seem to be a well made product; but what use is it for the consumer if there are no instructions on how to use. This my reason for giving 1 star review. Thinking about returning. Tried googling videos in its use; also forums; none found on this product.

Great for high resistance
Great for training. I got this pack since the same exact pack in girl colors was more expensive. 🤔 pink tax... they work perfect and are hard resistance which was what I was looking for. They do not fold and slide like the silicone ones

All bands are ULTRA HEAVY resistance.
Good strong bands, I could use them as tow straps on my truck. As a frequent gym-goer and workout enthusiast, I would classify ALL three bands as ULTRA heavy resistance -difference only in slack when not stretched. Super tough to do any type of adduction or abduction mobility movements, when positioned at the calf or ankle levels. Not the product of choice if you want a versatile workout.

Great for booty workouts...
These are great. i use really only 1 or maybe 2 sizes. i find the black band a bit too loose for me. the gray one i use all the time. the blue i use when i need a little more resistance to my workouts. would buy again.

Great quality and materials.
They are great. Stronger resistance than I anticipated, which was a pleasant surprise. Materials are great quality. I use the inside non-grip against my skin and the outer against clothing. Stitching is SOLID and minimalistic.

Comfortable and strong
Really like the look of them as well as how comfortable they feel on the legs when being used. Great training tool, good quality, and a decent price.

Too heavy weight to work with
I wanted quality fitness bands and you get it with these. They are made super durable but almost too durable. The weight of each band even the lightest one is hard to work with. If you are trying to only work your thighs and nothing else than maybe you can manage. It's almost Impossible to use in other area of your body.
