Kitten Lady's Big Book of Little Kittens

Our little one borrowed this book from the school library so many times, they finally told her to stop and allow someone else to read it. So we bought it. And at 9 years old, she still loves it. It's a lovely, informative book with great pictures and text. Highly recommend it to anyone who loves cats

I have followed Hannah Shaw on Instagram for a few years now. She creates great content and is very good at teaching all things fostering, kitten care, and TNR. She is an amazing advocate for cats and kittens. So when I heard she was releasing a children’s book I was stoked! As soon as we got the book I read it to my 6 year old daughter who loves cats. She adored the book. The photos are very appealing, which isn’t surprising since Hannah and Andrew take amazing photographs, and the added touch of the doodles on each kitten makes it fun for kids and adults alike. Check out the collage in the back, it’s the cutest!! The book itself is great at describing all the ways to take care of kittens in a kid friendly way. It was easy for my 6 year old to comprehend. My 9 year old son throughly enjoyed this book as well. If you are interested in kitten care at all I highly recommend this book. No matter the age! Even if you just like to look at cute pictures of kittens this is a great book! You will love it and so will your kids!

What an incredible book! My husband bought and inscribed the book for our infant son. He’s too young to love it just yet, but we do! Hannah’s writing is heartening and easy to understand. I especially appreciate that words and phrases that might be new to young animal advocates are printed in bold text and bright colors. There are many pictures of Hannah’s former fosters throughout the book, too, which are so sweet. Thank you for creating this fun resource for kids and adults alike!

I have been fostering bottle baby kittens for 6 years now. My toddler granddaughters didn't seem to understand why I don't keep the kittens I rescue and were sometimes confused when kittens would "disappear" and new kittens took their place. I'm a huge fan of Hannah Shaw, so I was thrilled when she created this book and quickly put in my preorder. I was so impressed when it came! It is a gorgeous book with beautiful photos and extremely well done illustrations. My granddaughters got a little antsy with how wordy it is for a 2 and 3 year old, but Hannah's book definitely helped them understand what their Mamaw is doing with these kittens. Shortly after receiving the book, I got a call to come rescue a litter of 1 week old kittens that had been dumped. The girls got to go with me and the oldest told everyone she was rescuing these babies so they can have a forever home when they are big enough. Thanks so much for creating such an amazing book, Hannah! Now I'm not just crazy cat lady Mamaw...I'm rescue Mamaw!

Got this and it really helped my 4,6,8 year old kids understand fostering in a really positive way. I’m very glad I bought it. Even if you don’t foster but just love cats it’s a great book I got this book to read and talk as a family. The kids love the photos making it very versatile for all ages. From adults to non readers.

Fun, funny, and informative book for kids! I’ve purchased copies for several animal loving kids and they all love it! It’s informative in a way that’s fun and accessible to kids. The drawings throughout the book are super cute and funny. Sure to get kids thinking about cute kittens in a new way!

This book was so cute. I am so glad Hannah put out this book from children. I hate that most children's books are just fairy tails or paintings. This book has real pictures and real information about kittens and how to help them. Education is key to our children and this book is amazing! I read it over and over again not just to looks at the cute photos but also to read the information. Def buy for your children!!!

I bought this book because I'm a big kid who loves felines and The Kitten Lady, Hannah Shaw! Hannah is an advocate for the lives of neonate kittens and cats in general. She's an innovator and expert in the well being of our feral friends and spreads her knowledge everywhere in the world. This book is so sweet and aimed at our younger generation to start their experience of caring for our littlest kittens. I highly recommend to the young and young at heart! As the picture shows attached; it's Bailey approved! :)

I didn't notice thet it was a book for children. Anyway, it is nice also for adults!
