Kale, Glorious Kale

I purchased this book, as new, but received one that had been autographed by the author to a woman named Cynthia. So it isn’t new, but it is in great condition so it doesn’t matter to me.

After trying the kale brittle at a party I just had to have the book. I bought it, made the recipe and brought the dish to many holiday gatherings. It was a HUGE hit! Everyone was impressed with how different and amazing the kale tasted. It was an unexpected treat!In the meantime, I browsed the book which takes kale from seed to table in a variety of healthy and delicious ways. I gave the book as a present but plan on purchasing one myself. It's a must have for kale lovers!

Muy buen libro. Práctico, claro y sencillo para usar la col en innumerables recetas. Tambien sobre las variedades existentes. UN poco de historia y trucos... me ha gustado.
