How good is LW reception?

LW is poor, a result of the DSP (digital signal processing) chip used in many modern radios. Other bands are received very well, however.

Can you change the temp setting from fahrenheit to centigrade?

Hold the 9/10kHz button down when the radio is off.

Can i listen to digital dab radio stations?

Hi, Honestly it's pointless to buy a radio to listen to dab as you can receive it using a RTL-sdr dongle and software which decodes dab , but to answer your question it doesn't as it does have the required chip for dab, this radio will do from about 135khz to 135mhz (which includes FM broadcast band and air band) but yeah dab is 210mhz to about 235mhz. If your interested in the software to decode dab using a RTL-sdr or other SDR equipment , the main two I've found are welle.io and qt-dab. Although just a quick note they do sell dab radios if your after a unit that's design for it specifically.

Can you tune into ATC with this?

Dear customer, Thank you very much for your question about our R-108 portable radio. Our R-108 radio has an ATS (Automatic Station Search) function and can receive shortwave medium wave and airwave bands.
