So the original intention I had for these when purchasing them was for a gag gift for my parents because they both ALWAYS talk about the others snoring. Never did I dream they would actually use them and benefit from them! They both now talk about how their daughter solved the snoring problem at their house unintentionally 😂. They both say it really opens their nose up at night and allows them to breathe better, and I got daughter brownie points!

I chose this vendor, we tried others, but it felt not good, we checked this page carefully found that It is soft silicone with different types, so decided to get it, after tried we found it is a successful attempt at using these nasal dilators.

I'm surprised at how it opens up the airway for my nose! It does feel weird to no have the hairs in my nose to block some air. Being in a cold room makes it feel a little uncomfortable, so just make sure you have a warm room to sleep in with these things on. Overall, I like it!

Bought the M/Lg and even the Medium ones were huge. Difficult to wear. Had to return them :(

Got them to stop my nose from whistling, which should only require a tiny bit of widening but they were pretty uncomfortable, and didn't work.
