Twinlab Daily Two Caps, without Iron, 180 Capsules

I have been using twin lab products for years and this is my go to multivitamin. It is designed to be taken twice a day so I feel you get a more balanced release of the vitamins. For example you can take one in the morning with breakfast and the other at dinner. They are not too large so I find them easy to swallow and I like the fact they are powder in a gel cap. Overall a great multi vitamin

This is the second time vitamin supplements through Amazon arrived with suspiciously singed "tamper proof" seals; reheated to a crisp. No cotton or plastic stuffing inside, either - though that's not necessarily irregular in my long experience with the retail Twinlab bottles. I trust the capsules aren't bogus (or adulterated); probably re-bottled from bulk supply source. Nevertheless, I'd prefer honest repackaging as a resold-from-bulk breakdown plastic pack or bottle with an official inspection stamp to assure wholesomeness, instead of the obviously re-sealed bottles I'm receiving here. Plays a little "fast and loose" with FDA regulations, which isn't very wise on the part of a distributor we've come to trust so well.

It’s s serious pain in the chops taking these twice a day. Also, vitamins late in the day = sleep disturbances. Bring back the older once a day formula

This product is meant to be taken 2x a day, this helps ensure you get the vitamins/minerals you need throughout the day with your meals. I've never been a fan of any one a day product, especially with the water soluable vitamins. Twinlab is a company that has been around a long time with a good reputation for actually putting in the labeled dose into their products.

BUYER BEWARE! I have used the Twinlabs Daily One Caps for at least 10 years and I have proven to myself that it really helps my vision, and other benefits...BUT!!!...I didnt know there was such a thing as Daily TWO Caps. I didn’t look closely enough and wound up with a “good price per capsule” but needing to take TWICE AS MANY!!! Stick with the One Caps.

Twice a day since the B vitamins are water soluble and leave the system rapidly. No foul taste like with tablets of this quality. Have always enjoyed twinlab products.

I've been taking these vitamins for many years. I've had doctors who recommend taking half of a multi-vitamin in the morning and the other half in the evening. With Daily Two Caps, that's exactly what you do, and there's no breaking of hard tablets. I also believe that these caps are better absorbed than hard tablets.

An AWESOME product. Been using for years! Imagine, a powerful Multi-vitamin in capsule form! Dissolves instantly and no bad taste or stomach upset. I take this faithfully twice a day and I really feel differently when I run out at times and are unable to take it for a week. THIS IS A MUST !!
