Chocolate was broken from inside. They've twisted it while packing in an incompatible box. How can somebody put something fragile as chocolates in a tiny box?

Do not buy such products online. They melt and no matter how much they are protected, it doesn't help. Or maybe if the product doesn't take much time to deliver then it is an option. The ones I received were melted and tasted different.
