Now that I've ordered a 10 year supply I'm still trying to decide if this oily product is as good as the glycerine product: Comfort EarX. The thing is - everyone's ear problems may be different, so my experience may not be the same as yours. The two products are for dry irritated ears. Mine comes from using earplugs every night; there is no way I am going to sleep by myself after almost 50 years of marriage. Unfortunately at 72 I don't sleep as soundly as I used to, and peoples breathing gets more difficult as well as we age. If you have 'swimmer's ear', drainage, plugs of wax or odor see a doctor.I used to clean my ears with a 40 year old tub of Avon cold cream. When I replaced it with Ponds my ears began itching; even the outer ear itself. It is a vicious cycle; the more you clean your ears the drier and itchier they become. I see a D.O. every year for a camp physical. I asked how my ears looked and he said that there is nothing in there. Yea, I replied, when you wear earplugs every night you have to keep your ears clean. He told me to be very careful. I said that I sit on the toilet seat with the door closed so I will not be disturbed.The itching got worse in the past year so I tried Comfort EarX which almost immediately stopped the problem. I don't pour it in my ears; the ear canal where the earplugs touch is the problem. I have small ear canals and a bend that protects my eardrum; your ears may be different. The first thing you must do is keep your hands away from your ears. Never put a finger in your ear; your nails are dirty and a scratch from a fingernail will give you another problem. Secondly, keep dry Q-tips out of your ears; the cotton tips are drying and abrasive. If even your outer ears itch, lightly apply this in all the sworls and the tips; wherever your ears bother you. If you get relief then this may be the product for you. If not, give Eomfort EarX a try.

This helps a little but my ears still itch when wearing my hearing aid.

Holy cow, this stuff is great. I have very dry itchy ears due to menopause. I tried putting the drops directly in my ear but didn’t like it because it was too much. I started putting some on a q tip and gently coating the inside of my ear canal. It works great. No more itchy dry ears. Stupid menopause.

I am thrilled with the excellent customer service of the Miracell Company, headquartered in Orem, UT.Miracell’s Pro Ear product had a change to the ingredients adding “corn oil” which I’m highly allergic to. I called customer service on 6/22/26 to find out if I could return the product for an exchange or refund.Miracell Customer service went above and beyond to accommodate my needs and is sending me the 2 btls of Pro Ear they have left in stock WITHOUT corn oil and NO CHARGE!! In addition, the company said I do not need to return the product that I’m highly allergic to!!It isn’t often in this day and age in the 21st century that a company stands behind their product to satisfy its customers so completely.I’ve been purchasing products from Miracell since the 1980’s and I am happy to say I am a loyal customer for LIFE!!Lil F. - Florida

The package comes with a note explaining that the brown color is from the all-natural ingredients. That's fine, but I use anti-itch drops at bedtime, and I worry about the brown liquid staining my pillows. Itch relief is okay, but I've found other products that work just as well and are clear, so I won't be getting this again.

What a great find. I have suffered for years with ezcema in my ear. The itching drives me bonkers - but now these drops have stopped that. Easy to use really effective, a perfect size and value for money

J'ai des allergies saisonnières et depuis quelques jours les conduits auditifs me demangent au point d'être très irrités et rouges! Dès que j'ai reçu le produit j'ai mis les gouttes dans mes oreilles et OMG 😱 tout de suite le soulagement, l'irritation a cessé! L'embout est facile a utiliser je vais continuer pour que mon conduit soit moins irrité mais à date c'est le produit miracle ! 😍

Best for removing ear wax. I also do a warm water rinse after application about an hour after.

Okay, so I’ve suffered from severely itchy, dry ear canals for the past YEAR at least. They got progressively worse over time and I’ve tried everything to relieve them, from cortisone cream to all different types of oils ect but NOTHING worked. I stumbled upon this on Amazon and was initially really weary just because of the price but I was so sick of suffering from itching at my ear’s consistently and I was desperate as a last ditch effort and so I ordered proear. I’ve been using it for a week and it honestly has helped with curing the itch ALOT and seemingly worked right away too! My ears no longer feel dry and itchy ALL the time. I am only giving it 4 stars though, because it hasn’t completely cured me BUT I find myself only itching briefly once or twice a day whereas before, I’d be itching 1000 x a day (truth!). I think continuing to use this product once daily over time, will cure me. It’s the only thing that’s worked for me so far so thank you ProEar!
