Love the look of this rangehood - only had it in use for 2 days but works as expected....actually quieter than expected. We have a small issue with the cover for the exhaust not sitting flush (slightly bows out) but our contractor is looking into fixing this.

Looks great and wasn't particularly hard for my contractor to install. But the packaging was very frustrating. I spent hours removing the protective film, and then the GLUE from the protective film that remained.The lights are good -- warm and innocuous. But this is a fan, after all. And the fan is only great on the lowest setting (which is whisper quiet). The middle setting is quite loud, but we rarely need that much power. The high setting is an absolute joke. It is insanely loud and, more importantly, rattles the unit like crazy. I truly believe it would crack my tile if I left it running. Buy something else.

This range hood looks great in my kitchen and works well to control odours which was why I purchased it. The fan is very quiet on all modes except for high, where I notice a little rattle at times. My main concern at this point is that the lights have stopped working after two months. I don’t believe they are burnt out because they will periodically turn on at different levels of brightness. Sometimes so dim I can’t even notice they’re on, sometimes they seem to be on at full brightness. Lately they don’t turn on at all. And if they are burnt out at this point after 2 months of intermittent use, that does not speak well for the product either. I would have given this range hood 5 stars, even despite the slight rattle if not for this problem.
