was looking for something to hold a few tools on my tractor and found this. Was able to hog out the top holes so they fit a 2" square u-bolt and attached to the ROPS on my tractor. This holds what I need and fits well on the tractor. shipping is most of the cost on this but ok with paying it as I don't have to go anywhere and it works great. I no longer have to put tools in the cup holder and hope they stay there. Lost two wrenches that way. Rain proof as well. Solved a problem for me.

Works well but it DEFINITELY needs a locking latch, its just friction holding the cap on. It can unscrew itself with the vibrations from the motorcycle

I got this to use on my compact Kubota tractor to keep tools etc. Lots of mounting options, attaches easily, stays secure, and keeps tools dry and handy. Nice buy.

For what the intended purpose I purchased the tube for, it does the job. Being a hard plastic tube, mounted to my motorcycle for a 30 oz MSR fuel bottle (reserve/backup gasoline canister) it does serve that purpose well and it allows enough space inside to house other items you may wish to include like a nylon bristle brush (toothbrush) to clean your chain, etc. 2 gripes, hence 2 stars knocked off: 1st, the threads on the cap and the body are poorly cut so you can "skip" 2 full turns and it doesn't care how your lining them up. This can easily lead to cross threading the cap and makes the seal useless. - 1 star. I painted a white line where the threads "should" marry to help remedy this, and it's noticeable when you're aligned vs off by a bit. 2nd: this is a GENERIC canister marked up 400% from what can be bought in ANY STATE . But due to California Prop 65 (exposure to toxic substance law of 1986) they won't ship here, and is $4.99 elsewhere doing a simple Google search for "Manual Canister" or "Tool Tube". How this distributor is able to ship to my state of CA is ??? But $20 instead of $5... I understand profit margins, but if elsewhere $5 is still making a profit... give me a break. Have to pay out the nose. Lucky me. - 1 star for obvious price gouge.

Like others, I mounted it on the rack for the left case on my VStrom. Fits the 30oz MSR and you could slide in some tools if you want. I mounted the top to an existing case mount and used a spare piece of aluminum off another case mount with one of the provided screws. I threw the included zip ties in with the Fuel canister just in case I need them in the future. I saved the included mounts as they can be used on the accessory (crash) bars for something else.

This replaced a document holder on a large outdoor machine. The threads are ok; I wish the standard for these items had a stronger, coarser screw, but threads on this seem to match the standard. The seal visibly compresses, and stays on even with lots of vibration. As a plus, the mounting holes matched the prior one (different vendor) that broke.

Put one on my delivery box, for bags to cover oversize packages, in case of rain. So far delivery drivers are obviously!🙄 Amazon do better!!!

The "Big" size is perfect for carrying a 1500ml (10.2 * 3.9in) fuel bottle and mounted easily to my WR250R.
