It is drunk neat by myself but I mainly apply a portion to porridge or cereal or yoghurt which suits me.

I have used it in smoothies. Not tried freezing but can’t see why not as it is just juice

It's "pure, organic blueberry juice." It is "not from concentrate." There is no mention of pasteurization on the bottle. It is advised to refrigerate the juice after opening, & use within in five days.
