Ive had this case for awhile now and Ive already dropped my phone from about 4ft counter heights twice. The case did it's job and protected my phone well both when it landed on the back and the front. The case is somewhat grippy but I wish it was textured more ok the back to make it easier to hold. I had a speck grip case before this one which makes this case feel quite slippery in comparison. The case doesn't have a built in screen protector so it doesnt interfere with the fingerprint scanner at all. It also doesn't interfere with my iq shield screen protector during regular use, with the exception of dropping it on hard surfaces. Ive dropped my phone on carpet from couch arm rest height without any interference with the screen protector, however the two times I dropped it off the counter onto a hard surface it caused bubbles under the screen protector in the corners from the impact. I was able to remove the case both times and fix the screen protect with a squeegee, then reinstall the case without any permanent issues or re-bubbling. The case is not very easy to take apart which is great for protection but a pain if you have to remove it in cases like I just mentioned. Overall I would probably purchase again, especially if they increased the grip factor on the sides/back.

I got this case last year in September and I loved it. Kept my phone safe from all the accidental drops and would be propped up so I didn't have to actually hold my phone. All was good and well until there was an accident this past weekend. My husband and I were helping out his uncle who just had a stroke by picking up his car from the urgent care he had driven himself to before being transported to the hospital. Except when we got to the urgent care we noticed the front passenger tire had blown and we needed to put the spare on. Mind you, the sun was going full force and it was pretty close to 100° outside. Since both of us know how to change a flat we tag teamed the task. I had handed him my phone so I wouldn't step on it but I didn't realize nor did he tell me that he had put it on the hood of the car. By the time we got the spare on we are both drenched in sweat and need to get out of the sun before heat stroke set's in. Mind you I miss the days where we didn't have cell phones so I didn't ask him for my phone back and proceeded to get into the car and drive off to the gas station that was about 200 feet or so away and put $20 worth of gas into the tank before getting it back to his uncles apartment thats about 2 almost 3 miles away. It wasn't until we get there I realized I don't have my phone and couldn't find it anywhere. Fear and panic set's in because I had only just paid this phone off bit even three months ago and it was a Samsung Galaxy S10 which atm I got it was almost a $1,000 phone. I asked my husband to drive back to the urgent care and see if he could find my phone. 30-45 minutes later he returns with it and sure enough it had fallen off the car hit the pavement and clearly gotten ran over. The entire bottom half of the phones screen was shattered. But the top portion lit up like normal, the phone still worked but you couldn't see the bottom half and this case was still intact. Since I had insurance on the phone I now have a replacement and decided I would reuse this amazing case that pretty much saved the phone from total annihilation. I mean the case can still very much be used and only has a little cosmetic damage. My only problem now is the replacement phone I was sent I'm assuming by mistake is the Samsung Galaxy S10+ so it's bigger than my old phone and now the case does not fit and I must order a new case. But if you are looking for a great case that has a kickstand look no further because this one is fantastic and stood up far better than any Otterbox or Lifeproof case I've had.

I cant tell you how many times ive manage to accidentally drop my phone and picked it back up without a scratch. The case really works

It's nice to just be able to stand your phone up whenever you want to show someone something and I do that a lot so it comes in handy. I will say there has been a slight decline in build quality as the back clip will often fall out of the slots it's in so some adjustments still need to be made. Maybe spring for a magnetic mechanism instead of plastic bits to hold everything a lot easier. The thumb print is touch and go, but I can't really say that isn't due to user error. it's shockproof enough and I've never cracked my screen using it so it's earned it's "military grade" description.

The advertisement on Amazon is misleading. I thought this was a 3 part case with built-in screen protector. I was super wrong. Didn't know until I got it that even though they advertise it as a 3 piece they stuck the word No in before built in screen protector. Nice. I'm having a bad day and this just annoyed the crap out of me. I've bought cases from this seller before and they were ok, but not worth what they are charging.

I've been using it for years works perfectly. I dropped my phone often and I have not broke it yet. It's a great value. I like that it's slimmer than most other protective cases.

I actually really like this case. I'm a big fan of rugged, heavy-duty cases since i do repair work all day, but... the case is actually too thick to work with wireless chargers.

Everything thing is good with this product except, once you have your phone in the product it's hard as hell to get the phone out if you need to get to the sim card or SD card.

Looks good on the phone, great non slip feel, not too bulky with great drop protection. I love that it has dust flaps for the ports!I dont like that the stand is poorly designed and comes out of its runner sometimes. Also the seal around the screen could be a little better to stop grit and dust. Overall happy though.

Great case feels solid though I haven't tried it out in the field so to speak (i.e dropped my phone), although I do feel confident that if I did drop my phone it would be protected.I also love the kickstand really handy for watching videos.
