YOU "CAN" STEER WITH IT without having to use the stick on your controller to steer!
LOVE! LOVE! LOVE! I read a review where someone said that you couldn't use this wheel like you do when you play with the Wii. I have a Wii, and I know that all you do is insert your game controller and you can steer without having to use any of the buttons on the controller. SAME EXACT THING FOR THIS WHEEL for Mario Kart! All you have to do is get into the setting of "the game" and choose "smart steering & tilt controls" and you can steer just like the Wii wheel. I couldn't find this wheel ANYWHERE, until now and I'm thrilled I got it! Been having loads of fun!! A MUST HAVE for Mario Kart fans!

More harm than fun.
This wheel is more frustrating than useful. Originally thought it would be similar to the Wii steering wheel and I couldn’t have been more incorrect. Just use the regular controller and safe yourself the money and trouble.

Stopped working after 2 weeks
Can't even detect it anymore and am using the joystick instead. It was great while it worked though!

マリオカート8 デラックス用に、Joy-Conハンドル マリオ版とルイージ版をそれぞれ購入しました。 実際に使ってみると、Joy-Conをはめるだけで直感的に操作でき、ハンドル操作がしやすくなるため、ゲームの没入感が高まります。赤と緑のカラーで見分けやすく、家族や複数人で遊ぶ際にも分かりやすい点は便利です。 操作性もシンプルで扱いやすく、特に子供やライトユーザーでも楽しみやすいアクセサリーだと感じました。 一方で、現時点での話にはなりますが、将来的な新作やハード（例えば次世代機や新しいマリオカートシリーズ）でもそのまま使えるのかは気になるところです。長く使える設計であれば、より満足度は高くなると思います。 総合的には、「マリオカートをより直感的に楽しみたい人」にはおすすめできる定番アイテムです。シンプルながら満足度の高いアクセサリーだと感じました。
