This is very soothing. I have it in the morning to lower inflammation in my body and start my day in a healthy way. Tastes good. I heat up some water then stir it in and drink it before or with my breakfast. Then I take my vitamins, stretch and move into the day. I’m over 50 so I am doing morning routines to fortify my health. I wish it wasn’t as expensive though I do feel better taking it. I recommend it!

Use this almost daily! Great taste

I’ve been taking turmeric for about 20 years now. I started off by making my own concussion and definitely believe in the benefits of turmeric. I wish recently switched to Q&A until I found things about the product. I didn’t like and noticed some inflammation in my hands. I purchased this product and have been taking it for about one week and I’ve noticed a substantial reduction in the inflammation. It does taste good and it does have a problem mixing. You have to keep stirring it, but that’s not a concern if the product works as well as I believe it does.

So I've had this stuff awhile now and couldn't leave a review because I didn't have enough time to really assess the product. Now I'm quite pleased with it and have never had a reaction to it. Except feeling relaxed. I'm one of those people with food allergies and that gets allergies to things. So il be buying more because it feels like a staple to my diet. Can't say much about the taste because I eat raw ginger and turmeric anyway 😋 If anything, its way easier to just buy this instead of cutting up my own roots.

I immediately notice a chance once I started taking it. I was less tired during the day and felt better. It's messy in my coffee cup but I don't mind. I notice a slight taste difference with my morning coffee but it's not bad. I recommend it.

Good flavor when paired with milk and honey, but even in warm milk it is hard to get it to dissolve. I always end up with a bunch of powder settled on the bottom of the cup.

Has a great taste.
