This is actually better than the known brand -WOW! I needed a new water flosser and decided to check out the differences, quality and prices online at Amazon - where I happen to buy a lot of merchandise in all areas. The package arrived in perfect condition. It had all the pluses and was easy to charge because it came with the adapter!!! Most companies skimp on this and just send the charging cord - no adapter. The base is really easy to use - it can be filled via an opening portal, or - best part - if you twist off the bottom you can fill it and also clean it so germs, bacteria, etc. do not remain in the reservoir. It comes with 4 heads for your type of best irrigation in your mouth! There is also 2 cases to store the unused tips, or when you want to keep them out of the air - PLUS - a travel pouch that will keep your water flosser in ship shape when you travel! It is made with high quality and seems to be better than the well known brand! I am so happy I decided to try the lesser priced version because it is simply better. The water pressure is perfect - it does not attempt to pressure clean your teeth and gums but does it at the proper strength and also has 3 settings on the pressure buttons. I can quickly do my flossing after I use my regular toothpaste (which I get from Amazon!) and it is a great fit for my hand and bathroom counter! I can speedily complete my dental workout with this great machine! I chose the blue clear bottom as I like to see the amount of water left - in fact, I add a little of my mouthwash to the water to fully get the highest level of benefits for my gums and teeth! THIS IS A WINNER!

You don’t know how much is left behind by floss and brushing until you get a flosser and then you become addicted to getting teeth that clean. This product is amazing and so easy to use. Can definitely tell the difference!!

Here’s the deal: you can’t beat this little water flosser and the customer service is FAST, thorough, and polite. I love that within 3 days of using this thing twice each day my gums no longer bleed when I brush. No matter how often I brushed, flossed, and rinsed with mouthwash, there would be traces of blood. It was gross and disheartening. Sure didn’t make me want to floss MORE. Bought this as a last resort and OMG why didn’t I buy one sooner? I use it morning and night. Each time I fill it 3-4 times., but I’m super thorough and I love the way my teeth and gums feel afterward. WARM WATER! Do not use cold. I do not use the little filler hole and I’d recommend you don’t either. The little filler door hinge is weak and I suspect it would leak or break very quickly with even light use. Just press it closed tightly and leave it that way. Instead, gently twist off the entire bottom cup, fill it, and twist it right back on. There IS A LEARNING CURVE but take your time and soon you’ll be a pro - ie not spraying your mirror. Hint: use two hands; one to hold the unit and another to twist the tip/direct it into gaps and along gums. I actually prefer flossing in the shower now. The flosser is plenty powerful and the battery lasts all week even given my heavy use. My ONLY complaints are these: 1. I wish the tank were larger. 2. The filler door is useless, just eliminate it. 3. The on/off and mode buttons are too close and unless one is careful, you’ll be accidentally triggering one or the other or both BUT one does learn to maneuver with only the occasional mixup or accidental on/off/mode switch. Lastly, customer service is exemplary. I wrote with two questions after I received the unit and within hours I received a clear, direct, and professional response. I’m impressed. Hope you are, too. I just ordered a second unit for my 12 year old who’s getting her braces next week.

Wonderful water flosser! Added it to my brushing routine and my gums are 100% better! Very effective at cleaning gums, flushing out food debris.

I am writing this review a bit late as customs in my country processed slow, so we just got our packages. My hubs always wanted one of these flossers instead of using the tooth pick 🙄 and flossing string together. It has different modes and comes with 4 tips, its amazing to use. We had to start off with the lowest level for a couple weeks to get accustom to the pressure. It looks exactly like the image and works amazing.

This product works great, but I didn't get the tips that I was supposed too. I got 3 regular tips, the one for braces, and one for the tongue. I was wanting the periodontal tip and that's why I bought this unit. I suffer from periodontal disease and the dentist recommended I get a water flosser with the periodontal tip. I didn't receive the tip that I was looking for, and it makes me kinda sad that it is advertised but not included. I will still use the water flosser, and will update if it starts having issues.

It’s a very good product.

Pros: - Easy to use even if beginner - Fits mouth well and can move the tip around to get different angles - Comes with travel pouch - Comes with multiple replacement tips (which you WILL need, see cons) - Charge lasts awhile. At least a couple weeks. Cons - This thing will go flying if you even breathe in the next room. Once it falls the tip will break at such a spot that it'll leave the tiny bottom part of it stuck in the machine and you will have to spend at least half an hour digging it out with tweezers. It'll seem impossible. It will seem like you're ruining your good tweezers and possibly the insides of the machine. You might be but mine still works after this happening THREE DIFFERENT TIMES from it barely toppling over. The tip is broken for good, this is why it's good it comes with so many extra tips. - It holds enough water for me to get one side of one row of teeth. For example. I'll fill up and get the outside of my top, refill and get the inside of my top, refill and get outside of bottom and so on. I have to refill four times until I am done. With that being said it is a travel version and not hard to fill up so I wouldn't take any stars off for that. - The pulse setting is useless. The normal setting should be renamed "pain". The soft setting is nice, and thats the one I use but could be just a tad stronger. I like this thing. My teeth almost feel like I went to the dentist after using it. But it needs a stand or something. Or a sturdier design because I am sick of it acting like the Airbender just blasted it with a tunnel of air everytime I look in it's direction. Thus sending it flying and then resulting in it breaking. This morning it ~slid~into the bath from just the edge of the bathtub and the little door to let the water out came off. Frustrating.
