Absolutely perfect!
I have several faux septum rings and this is, by far, the best looking and most comfortable. It's extremely easy to tighen, even when it's in your nose, and it doesn't pinch. It looks real, and it's nice quality. I definitely recommend! It does come from Greece, so if you're in the U.S. like myself, it will take a while to receive but it's worth the wait.
