neat alternative
had to take a hacksaw and trim the shaft. most people would have just sent it back. like its appearance.much cleaner look than the more common door stop.

Too long
Too long for indoor hinges. On smallest/narrowest setting, door opens just as much as when using the smallest narrowest setting for the single rubber stopper, hammerhead-style, door stop which is also installed on the door hinge.

Not enough adjustment, hits wall or stays open.
Great idea, does not work well. The adjustments are not granular enough. Either it the door hits the wall or stays open about 10 inches.
