This product-Longlife gel ball for hand exercise-Universal (Red colour), I started using. This is my first experience with soft ball usage, which may take some more time to tell the result. Anywise price-wise OK.

Sticky n not ok for dialysis patients
Your browser does not support HTML5 video. After using only for 3-4 days it sticks in hand , although it is soft after every use we have to hand wash with shampoo thoroughly..
