GREAT!
Fatntstic musicians, fantastic recording (normal...it's a Winter & winter CD) and good packaging (again normal ...it's a Winter & winter CD). These live sets are magic. It happens sometimes... a group that breaths at a same time, all musicians connected and the music is something more than the addictions of the musicians involved. Like in the Bill Evans Village Vanguards recordings, or Miles Davis "kind of Blue" or other famous live sets. I'm not saying that we are talking of a set at the level of this examples, but the music is really good, so delicate, so bright, so perfect. Bill Frisell is at his top, and so Joe Lovano and Paul Motian and Lee Konitz. The last two CD are not at the level of the first three, the musicians are also great, and so the music, but the first three recording are really masterpieces. The packaging as ususal is really good, th solution find to package 5 CD is brilliant, first of all because it remains a std size CD and also because it doesn't touch the Winter & Winter style and graphics, probably one of the best packaging style in the musci industry.Buy it! You'll earn more value than the price you'll pay
