I loved it. Would buy for other years

I snagged this planner at $7.49 which is really a great price for ANY planner, I think. I was excited to find this one at such a good price because I love Katie's work and I've had a planner of hers before (several years ago) and really loved it. One of the main reasons that I like this planner is that it features a lot of her beautiful artwork. In fact, when I'm finished with it, I plan to remove what pages I can and either frame them or send them as postcards (with an attached backing.) The beautifully illustrated gratitude and note pages are a real bonus, I think. They are just beautiful. I got this in January 2020 (obviously, from the date of this review :)) so there are a good many pages before when I will begin using it from 2019. This is okay as I can use those for notes, journaling or, as stated above, framing or postcards. Whether used or not, I think they are great collectibles.Another thing I love about this planner is its size. It is compact and easy to carry anywhere. For me anyway, this is a lot better than a big planner, though I realize that everyone has different planner needs. I just know myself and know that I will use it more if it's smaller and really fun to look at. This one fits that bill. I also like that it is spiral-bound and will lie flat.As for no tabs, this doesn't bother me though I know, again, that preferences are different. I will just clip the month that I need to open to and use it that way. I may also add a bookmark/band or two. As with any planner, the best use is to customize it to fit your own personal needs. That's the fun of it too, in my opinion!I am not a rose-colored-glasses about everything person. If I dislike something about a product, I will definitely say it. But, I have nothing bad to say about this one. I really love everything about it. I did go through and make sure all the pages were there, etc. when I got it based on other reviews of missing pages. Mine is complete and in great shape.Don't hesitate to buy this planner, especially if you catch it under $8 like I did. The artwork itself is well worth that price! HAPPY NEW YEAR!

This is probably somebody's five star planner, but everyone wants something a little different:) My biggest priorities were monthly & weekly format, small size, being pretty inside, and low cost. All of which this Planner is! In addition it has a goal page, address page (for 12 addresses), next year planning page, and other randomly placed empty pages for notes, to-do-lists and gratitude lists, and a pocket in the cover. I love that it has these random pages while not being overly structured.In order to be my perfect planner, it would need a better pocket design so stuff doesn't fall out when you open it 2. Space for a to-do list every week 3. Separate academic/calendar year editions to make it smaller (besides, some of us are bugged by the overlapping pages. Do we fill them out in both or leave them blank in one of them? Neither of which is really satisfactory to us!) 4. Stronger cover (I have reinforced the edges with tape and re-glued the corners already)This year I really needed something cheerful, and I'm glad I found this planner.

I’ve been a fan of Katie Daisy’s artwork for a long time so when I found this planner, I didn’t give ordering it a second thought. Since I ordered it in Jan and it contains several months from 2019, I was able to easily tear out those sheets. I prefer smaller size planners so that I can carry them in my purse. I also like the ones with the elastic band that allows you to keep it closed, especially when you are carrying it in a purse, and this one comes with that. Each month is outlined in a regular 2 page calendar format, as well as individual days with plenty of room for writing out tasks, reminders, etc. There is also blank “note” pages so you can write whatever you want but what I love most is the “grateful for” pages so that you can state what you’re especially thankful for each month. And lastly, the artwork and quotes are beautiful, just as you’d expect from Katie Daisy.

I have purchased this planner for 2 years now and I really like it. It's colorful and there a so many places for notes and reflection. I use the daily sections for writing 5 things that I was grateful for that day, and I use the monthly note sections to write what major event or something that I didn't want to forget for the month. But I like to have a written calendar in front of me so I can see what is to come and what was. The only thing I wish it had was monthly tabs. I have made my own and they are sufficient, but the don't match. Having the to purchase the extra 6 months the second time I bought the calendar was a waste because I didn't use it. But over all It make me happy to see all of the color every day I look at it.

This is my third Katie Daisy planner. I really like them! It’s a more compact size, but not too small to write in. As always, the artwork really makes me smile. Lovely! It’s not a particularly thick paper, but I appreciate it being a bit lighter to carry than some other styles of books I have had in years past. I love the quotes, too! And so far, each one has held together in the spiral binding with no problem. If you want a large book made with high quality thick paper, you might be disappointed. But if you are not picky about that sort of thing and just want a fun and pretty little book to keep track of your days and offer some motivational quotes and classic Katie Daisy artwork, I would recommend it. I have been quite happy with all three of mine.

As always with Katie Daisy everything about this diary is perfect! Her artwork is exquisite, the paper quality is really lovely, I adore the picture & wording at the start of each month, there’s also a month on 2 pages overview at the start of each month, there’s a blank or lined or headed page each month (to review the month or plan the next, the covers are really robust & I quite like having the metal binding rather than a solid book, like I had last time.I use it as a nighttime journal - a summary of my day, in feelings or a particular event that affected me, good or bad. There’s just the right amount of space to make you think about how to summarise the day, not waffle on for too long, but enough to do it justice & make it worthwhile. When you write a journal the point is to review your experiences, sort out how you feel about them at the end of the day & then try & capture that succinctly. This pulls it all out of your head & onto the paper & has a similar effect to telling someone about it. For me, it takes away much of the angst on a bad day, gives me a warm happy feeling on a good day & I feel able to leave it all inside the pages when I close the cover & shut my eyes.As long as you don’t touch your phone after you’ve done this - then hopefully you’ll find yourself dropping straight off to sleep!!!

I've got so much out of this diary and am now a huge fan of Katie. I dont think I'll ever buy anything different in future. Pretty floral pictures on each page with different themes for each month. Space for monthly reflections or notes, monthly overview and then a usual diary with space for a paragraph each day.

I bought this for a present after I had one myself this year (and I am hoping to get another as a gift for next year!). The drawings in the diary are just beautiful and there is loads of space for writing lists etc. I just love it!

Great Planner. I had her last year one and the illustration is beautiful! Couldn’t wait to order mine new one for next year !
