Heavy steel small size
It is heavy duty good steel, but the gap between the plates could have been a little more and the plate rims could have been a little higher. The plate diameter is not 19 cm as described but slightly less, it should be a bit more. Overall the small size is a bit inconvenient for dhokla. Giving only 3 stars because of that. I suppose it may be perfect for thatte idly.

Good quality steel and overall build quality for the price. Excellent for making 1 inch thick dhoklas at home. Don't expect to make 2-3 inch high hotel style dhoklas with this. But it does the job. Each plate is 18 cm in diameter. Fits well into our idli steamer.
