Google this item and find out how others really hate it as much as I do. I've tried the little 46 second video on troubleshooting, tried every other way to light it. Look..it doesn't take a rocket scientist to figure out that out of all the lighters I have owned that worked without a hitch, and that this is the ONLY lighter that I've had such issues with, that it's not me, it's the lighter that is the issue. I's junk...don't bother...spend some money on something else. The carbon fiber may be cool, but it just doesn't work. I even got it as a freebie and it isn't worth the trouble being free. Go with anything else...a match...some flint and steel...two sticks rubbed together. They'll all work better than this thing.
