Great careful shipping, arrived very quickly, healthy little Snail!
My little Ivory Mystery snail arrived 3 days sooner than the original estimate! They were shipped within hours of my order. Lightning fast! I really appreciate that since I've never ordered anything alive (besides plants) and was nervous. The snail came in the best recommended transport method for Mystery snails. In a fish bag wrapped loosely in a wet paper towel. Seller TheFrogHouseShop carefully wrapped the snails bag in brown paper in a solid box that was labeled for Temp sensitivity. All very responsible, and much appreciated. I just got my little juvenile snail acclimated! It's best to ship them as juvenile since they have a much easier time with it. They are perfect size, not too small and not too big. It will be really fun to watch my new friend grow! They arrived whole, and without any shell damage due to the responsible packing. They are alive, and already in my tank next to a mossball. It takes a bit for them to come out of their shell, and I'm so excited to see them acclimate to my tank! Big thanks to Aaryn at The Frog House Shop! Will absolutely be ordering from you again. Really appreciate the well handled shipping! I'll post some pictures once the snail acclimates!

I LOVE them!
I saw some negative reviews about them being dead on arrival - so when mine arrived I thought they were dead or going to die. So I went online and asked "how can I revive?" "how long can they be dry?" and found out a lot about these beauties - they can go 5 days completely dry - mine were well packed in a container with a lightly damp cloth - it wasn't 5 days since I'd ordered them. They seal themselves in with the hard foot and it looks dry, they need time to hydrate and they need to eat something to get their energy. Then they are absolutely the most interesting creatures I've ever seen and gorgeous. Oh and I ordered 3 but got 3 large and one small - BONUS!!! Some of the reviews I indicate that they didn't research and instead threw away their gorgeous little babies in the trash because they didn't know better. Very very sad.

Would recommend
Upon receiving shipment, I was blessed with 4 snails in the package instead of the advertised 3. I think 1 was dead but the added made up for it. The rest are alive and well. Can't really complain about anything and would recommend to everyone. Thank you.

Healthy and strong lil buddies for your aquarium!
I'll point out now that my mystery snail wasn't the bone-white color you see in the picture, but a peach - still very pale and not as boldly colored as golden, but not a snail I'll call Snow White. My snail popped out of his shell in less than 15 minutes of setting his bag in the water to acclimate. Shell showed no lack of calcium and it grew quickly in my limestone water. I ended up calling my snail Cthulhu after watching him ethereally "warble" across the surface of a marimo ball, only to get to one side, roll the ball over, fall down, and come back out of his shell one eye and antennae at a time. I had Cthulhu for 3 months until I dumbly forgot the infamous relation between snails and salt when I was treating ich in my new tank. Don't be like me. I miss watching him cruise around. Once I get a million other things halfway done I'll be picking up a new Cthulhu, and friends. They are a hoot to watch and your fish will enjoy the company.

Wonderful pets, and very hardy!
Got three of these little guys late March, they came in very nice and secure packaging. After about 20 minutes of acclimating, they became very active and have been amazing additions to my 10 gallon tank! They grew very quickly and continue to be active! I ordered these early on in the year, where it gets very hot after the first few months. I recommend paying attention to how your climate will effect the delivery of these little guys, the suppliers can only prevent so much. The snails are also very hardy, they have survived 48 hours of living in a tub filled with bottled water, and bounced right back after being placed into their tank. Overall, wonderful product!

Awesome little tank addition!
Took a couple of days for Merv to wake up but he is now the hightlight of my bookshelf tank. He pretty much tripled in size since I got him and he likes to redecorate my tank by bulldozing his way through the plants ๐คฃ video is him with a bladder snail hitching a ride and the other is a younger purple mystery snail. Great purchase and would recommend this seller!

Sluggish
They didnโt seem to be very active. 2 died, in is still going and finally perked up after a couple weeks. The ones I replaced from the pet store were MUCH more active from the moment they were put in the tank.

Great snail
Arrived early, arrived alive and healthy. My snail was wrapped in a plastic container in a wet paper towel rolled up, good packaging, snail had plenty of oxygen when traveling. Snails super lively, moving all around my 5 gallon tank, little small but super happy with it. Very cute snail.
