Product not protected during shipping
Cookies tasted great but all crushed during shipping. There was no protection for the product and they arrived in an undesirable state.

Too costly for stale broken cookies
I love these cookies. They arrived in a shrink wrap inside an envelope. Packaging is not a box like sold in Mexico. Dried out and broken. Stale Chokis are still good.

So Much Chocolate!
I have never liked packaged chocolate chip cookies, soft or crispy. They have never been appealing to me, until I ate a Choki! I love these cookies. They are loaded with chocolate, and they taste so good.
