Q: How long does it keep?

We sum hair conditioner for 3yrs still ok.

Q: I bought a 5l pack. Where do I send it back to get refilled?

I'm guessing you have to go back to the manufacturer.

Q: Is this easy to decant?

We decant it in a wall mounted shower gel dispenser with a wide opening. It probably wouldn't decant very easily in a bottle with a narrow neck as it's quite thick.
