Too Hard to BearI read this one in an anthology first and I know I wrote a mini review but I don't remember the name of it so i cannot copy and paste it here. This is the story of a curvy pilot who wanted to land by the lake for a picnic when something causes her to crash into the lake. Alex is a bear shifter who is wandering around his lake when the bear decides there is something important in that plane. The bear knows it's his mate the human however, screams hell no.This is my first Ms. Alders's story and I was impressed enough to search for others. I definitely liked what i found.Too Sexy to BearEven this one sounds familiar but I cannot place so I'll reading again if only to refresh my memory. Thea goes back home to take over the head chef position. She gets locked out by her roommate and ends up sleeping naked over Ewan's store. This time Ewan is going to defy clan laws and pursue the human woman who stole his heart.I loved this one the heart wanst what it wants and rules be damned especially considering who his Uncle's mate is.Too Hot to BearOh the pain of being left behind in a traumatic way. Nora is the sole survivor of a wolf attack, she watched as her aprents were taken away from her by hungry desperate wolves. Miles a bear shifter was expected to be their guide but he ran away because of his bear's strong reaction to Nora but he returned in enough time to save Nora.This is a story of letting the past to rest and becoming healthy enough and loved enough to face life again. Great story.Too Proud to BearI first discovered Ms. Alder in a boxed set, I believe it was Alex and Livia's story I really enjoyed what I read so I just had to stalk her through her newsletter so I knew when a new release came available. So when offered the chance to read this I couldn't resist.Natalie is a strong woman because she had to be at 16 she discovered she was pregnant with James' child and she believed he deserted her. She had to break through her shyness to become the best Mom she could be to her son Noah. James is a bear shifter who loved Natalie but at such a young age he didn't realize that Natalie was his mate.I enjoyed how Ms. Alder broughts this pair back together. I look forward to learning more about the Honeycomb series.Too Shy To BearThis is only the second story that I read of Ms. Alder and I really enjoyed it. Gus, a bear shifter and Felicia a human are shy each has been fixated on the other for years. Gus was unable to act on his because of the law forbidding human and shifter matings as well as his shyness. Marni his sister makes him face his attraction and let Felicia know or she will tell his mother. Marni is also Felicia's friend and she is doing her best to play matchmaker.I found this story to be well written and nicely paced. Such a shame that it ends the series.Okay there you have it folks my humble opinion of this great set. I encourage you all to grab your own copies. I of course enjoyed this greatly love my bears.

4.5****Too Hard To BearI think this is my first bear shifter story and it was a good one to read. I immediately loved Alex and his inner bear sensing Livia the second she crashed into his island. The bear was strong and in control. The talking to themselves parts by both Livia and Alex were very entertaining. Seriously laugh out loud moments. Both were trying to overcome humiliating circumstances and were then instantly drawn to one another. Their hot scenes sizzle and their banter after was.flirtatious. I enjoyed their story and would have loved to read a little more about them. Alex and Livia were strong independent characters that I wanted to get to know more.Too Sexy To BearI totally loved this novella. Probably a little more than the first one. I guess because Thea's reaction to first seeing Ewan after so long would most likely mirror my own. She was devastated and heartbroken, confused as to what went wrong. Their early story was very sweet, friends since childhood that developed into more. I could feel her true feelings as I continued to read. Their story sucked me in until I finished it. And the way Ewan made it all up to Thea - major swooning. This was a great addition to a spicy hot series.Too Hot To BearOne thing I have to come to love about shifter books is there instant knowing, love, and protection of their mates. Miles knew Nora was his and then nothing else mattered. He tried to do his best by her and I loved the way he took care of her. Nora broke my heart with the way she could not let go and heal of the tragedy. But to watch her overcome her demons was beautiful.Too Proud To Bear<strong>Great installment in this series! James and Natalie were great together!</strong>Such a great quick read! I liked the way both James and Natalie reacted to one another - both with maturity and forgiveness. Both had anger on how their relationship ended the first time, many misconceptions. But they forgave quickly and were able to accept their adult personas. They were very hot together. Those scenes were not long but you could definitely feel the heat. And towards the end of the book, there was a great part between Noah and James - beautifully written and fatherly.Too Shy To BearThis story was so very sweet. I could picture this big gentle giant of a man, too shy but so strong in his feelings. I loved Gus, even his name fit. Felicia and Gus both being too shy, too nervous to go for what they want brought me back to my younger days. So I could relate to both of their nervousness. Both Gus and Felicia were very sweet and likeable characters. And I loved the way they finally came together. The ending was very cute and made me like Gus more in all his giddiness.

Thus was my first time reading her books and I am so in love with these stories! The honeycomb Valley series was amazing. Will buy again!

I really enjoyed this series. I love bear shifter romances. Out of all shifters. I recommend this series if you like shifters

The books are standalone in type with each bear dealing with things from their past and shaking up the status quo.I have to admit this story feels lacking in details but for the most part you get the who, what, when, where, why, and how so it is complete. Not my favorite story in the series but definitely not bad read.Too Sexy To BearThea has been trying to make it as a chef in Seattle for a few years. Couldn't hated to put it down, It was a great, to be able to read all in one set!!! Can't wait for more from Amy Alders!

Where do I start....I love love loved each and every one of these characters and books when they were on their own but I think I might just love them even more now that they are all together in one bundle...thank you Amy for making my life that much easier for the next time I decide to marathon/binge read all the books in a day, I mean weekend!!;)

Hot Hot Hot. This set of books were hard to put down. Very well written and so exciting. A must read.

Omg I just loved this box set took me a week to read it at work but oh boy what a great week it was you get totally engrossed that you forget the time and you have stuff to do great work Amy Alders

Wow what a series loved the storylines and characters and I am hoping there's more in this series as it was a hard book to put down so it's a well deserved five stars and I would recommend this book to everyone
