Sandals for $350.00 without the original box? Surprising!!!

I have been wearing Timberland sandals (purchased through Amazon) but have had a problem with the straps tearing apart at the seams. Getting them resewn costs almost as much as the sandals did originally, which does not make me happy. The useful life of this product is greatly diminished, so I looked for an alternative, and found the Finn Comfort sandals on Amazon. I wasn't sure about the sole configuration, but the reviews all praised the product highly. I normally wear a 43 (EU), but wasn't about to pay over $300 for a pair of sandals. However, one review indicated the sizes ran a little large, so I looked at a 42 (EU) and found it was available for less than half the price of the 43 - ??? I don't understand that at all, but decided the 42 was worth a try. I have been wearing them throughout the day for a week now, and, though they are a little "clunky" to walk in, due to the high, hard insole portion, they are actually quite comfortable. They do take a little getting used to, but my legs and feet have not pained me since I started wearing them. The construction quality appears very high, and the way the seams are constructed, it doesn't appear I should have the problem I had with the Timberlands (I certainly hope not!). The pricing situation seems really strange, but as long as the price is reasonable, I (so far) recommend these, particularly if you have feet and legs that are sensitive to your footwear, as I do.

I ordered these Finn's when Amazon had them on a 40% off sale over the Memorial Day weekend. I have had them on my feet every day since they arrived. I couldn't believe I would ever spend as much as I did, even at 40% off, but in retrospect it was a very good decision. They are the absolute best!I wear a ladies size 13 shoe. Not only is my foot long, but it is also narrow, and I have feet issues that dictate that my shoes be very cushioned and also have excellent support. That is asking for a lot. I gave up looking in the ladies shoes (nothing like that available in my size) but because I cannot imagine life without sandals in the summer, I went on and looked at men's sandals. Even that hunt was frustrating. Yes, these shoes could look more feminine, but since they were about the only shoe I could find to meet my requirements, I felt I had to settle. I am so happy I did. They are definitely the most comfortable sandal I have ever owned.BTW, this sandal is also sold in women's sizes. It is a great unisex shoe.

Everyday use with AFOs . My last pair was perfect, they have shortened the Velcro strap that holds it in place. For 300 dollars, it won’t work. Even for no charge it won’t work. Need to be able to hold them n your feet. Very sad.😥need to have a longer strap!

This is my fifth pair of Finn Comfort sandals. The Samara is perfect for people with very high arches. I buy one size larger than normal so that the Velcro strap fits around my high instep. The sandals are quite comfortable, With the insoles conforming to the shape of your foot over time. I like to replace the insoles every year for best comfort.

I bought these sandals to replace an identical pair that I have been using for 4 years! The old pair is still wearable and still gives my foot perfect support, but it is beyond cleaning now and the new pair is much more presentable. I cannot say enough about the quality of this sandal. I have worn them winter and summer constantly and they have not broken down - it is quite amazing. Here is a photo of the old and the new.

I have had no luck with other manufacturers' rocker sole shoes, but Finn Comfort's Finnamic shoes and sandals really work for me. I think it's because Finn Comfort's rockers promote stability AND are only minimally curved. I've been wearing Finnamic shoes (the Watford style) for a few years with great results, and I'm finding the Samara sandals to be outstanding as well. They're not cheap, but they really last -- plus when worn out they can be restored at reasonable cost. And I find that the Finn Comfort orthotic insoles that come with the shoes work better than my custom orthotics -- when that's factored in, Finn Comfort seem like a bargain.

I love these shoes. I have knee and ankle problems and usually cannot walk very long before pain sets in. I love these shoes. I found that the men's sandles fit me better than the women's and provide better stability and support. I know own 3 pair of Finn comfort sandels and a pair i=of Finn insoles to use in my other shoes. Well worth the money.
