Is this coffee ground specifically for an espresso machine i.e. it's basically a powder?

Yes it is ground fine for espresso, not super fine for Turkish coffee.

Yes. The ones I bought were vacuum sealed cans.

IS this the same coffee that comes in the red and brown Kimbo espresso napelatano can?

It definitely seemed like it to me. At least, we've had no complaints at all. We use a stove-top "moka" and the espresso comes out very well.

What is the best kimbo coffee to use in a moka? we lived in italy for many years, and we use a moka.

It depends on the strength of the coffee you would drink plain. The Neapolitan Espresso roast is on the stronger side, a little bitter but smooth all the same. If you ar more into milk chocolate, them I would go for the jumbo gold, however if you like dark chocolate The Neapolitan is the way to go. This is just my opinion, as I do not drink anything except a little sugar in my espresso, and I enjoy the bitterness of both the Neapolitan and dark chocolate.. a lot of my choices are based on differences in preparation as well....
