Never felt so clean
Fantastic product, excellent design. The plastic water tubing and brass compression connectors work very well. You need a sink nearby to supply hot water. Hint: hold down the Nozzle Cleaner button to bleed off cold water in the hot water line before each use.

i installed this yesterday. After accidentally spraying myself numerous times during installation, I think I'm ready to give my report.Pros:Really nice build quality. Nothing chincy or flimsy. Works as advertised. Doesn't look like there's any chance of springing a leak. Really good value.Cons:The parts bag had two line adapters, but they were different sizes. So I installed just the cold water line. The problem is, the inlet for the hot water line leaks a little from the cold water pressure, so I had to improvise a plug.Although the water pressure has a dial, it seems like the usable range is about 1/8 of the dial's total range. Would be nice if there was a way to set the maximum flow rate.Would be nice if the flow dial was spring-loaded to return it back to zero. Or maybe a safety lock. That you'll be especially useful if there were naughty toddlers who like to get into things. But that's not the case in this household.Overall it's a really good product, and I intend to buy at least one more.

leaks, bad connectors
this bidet is a piece of junk, leaks badly wasn't able to use it, replaced washers etc still leaking, seller refused to return it and had to buy another one from the store, would not recommend it, wasted my money.

Have not installed it yet cuz l got it just now. And l could already tell that it is a simple installation to those who can replace their own shower-heads... I can not believe that it's arrived within 72 hrs for the distance as far as from West to East cost of The US.I ordered it on Friday mid-nite last week, it came on Monday noon. And can't wait to have it installed and enjoy the pain less of the cleansing. Lol...
