Does the satin provide any color enhancement or would I need an additional product for that?

I have only used it on brick and the satin does not change the color so you need an enhancer. I would think another product might be better as some enhancers are sealers as as well.

What can I use to seal painted brick?

You should see if you can repaint with elastomeric paint. It is plastic, but allows the bricks to breath. It forms a hard shell.

It says it is penetrating water-based sealer, but yet it is a polymer. Can you reseal over the top of this product after time has gone by?

yes, as long as you give the surface a good deep cleaning.

I don't want a sheen on the pavers & need to enhance them. Can I use the Satin sealer first and then come back with a second coat of the flat sealer?

If you do not want a sheen, use LastiSeal Flat. Do not apply more LastiSeal to a surface that has already been sealed with LastiSeal, Flat or Satin.
