We love this product. We have added weights to the legs as we have no way of securing it and it is very secure, we have also added voile curtains which are tied back in each corner. The product is well made and you have to take your time to ensure you build it correctly as the instructions are a bit sketchy to say the least.I would recommend this product even thought the price has gone up since we bought it a few months ago.

This is a fab item, very sturdy and not flimsy at all.Took a couple of hours to put up with two of us, but if you work methodically with the instructions it all comes together nicely. You do need steps to get up to fix the whole thing together from the top.The only reason i have given it a 4 star is because i could not get the middle of the canvas to fit on the middle bar at all! the hoops supplied are just not long enough. They are also a cheap product that lets the whole thing down. Anyway i am not bothered about the roof a i don't want it i purchased a camouflage net to go over the top of mine as its much more aesthetically pleasing than the concertinered roof supplied with it.

Defo need 2 pairs of hands to this, but looks great when erected. Just goto attach the covering now, but well worth the money, £80 cheaper than B&Q and VERY and bigger as there’s was only 3m sq, this is 3.5m sq. Delivery was 2 to 3 days, but it arrived next day via Tuffnels, so well pleased.

Took a while to erect and looks very nice BUT the canopy doesn't retract like the images or the description. There is a fitment in the centre pole that prevents this from happening (see image). The supplier confirmed this is correct and that they will amend their descriptions accordingly but they haven't to date! So if you don't need the canopy to retract fully, then you should be happy with this product. But for us, we wanted the flexibility of being able to retract it in heavy rain and this isn't possible so we will have to completely remove it which is a pain. The canopy fittings are a little rattly and noisy in the wind.

I bought this item a while ago when it was selling for over £400. Despite it being an item for outdoor use, and despite following all manufacturer instructions, the fabric has gone extremely mouldy and even began to corrode. I've raised this with both the seller and amazon, but both are unwilling to help. I've even offered to pay for a replacement fabric section but they just won't help me stating warranty is only 6 months, but this is clearly a defective item and they're counting on the warranty expiring before you realise there's a defect.

Put this up in about 4 hours, ideally needs two people. Well made and finish is good. As normal you need your own good quality key as there are loads of bolts. Great value, but remember its got holes in the roof for water drainage so its not totally water proof, but you should stay dry in a light shower. Overall I would recommend, but just take the slight limitations into account.

The media could not be loaded. This is so good. My son put it up by himself in about an hour it’s been up like that for a few weeks now and it’s took very strong winds. Absolutely over the moon with it
