I purchased this as a gift for my daughters birthday. She received it promptly and was very happy with it! But after only a couple days the chain broke. So I told her I would file for a replacement which I did and she got a new one very quickly. She loves it but is afraid the chain will break again so wears it only on occasion. I took the broken one to UPS store #6606 for return on May 10th.I can’t tell if you got the return or not but I have my receipts. So if chain were better would give 5 stars.

The Chain Broke
This opal pendent was a Christmas gift for my daughter in law. Within a couple week the chain broke at an odd place, for no reason. I tried to get the chain replaced, but could not without returning the entire necklace. I do not want to return it since she lives in another city. I noticed that another reviewer had the same issue. I would hesitate to purchase this item again.
