Just came back from a trip to Europe. It was helpful. At least the waiters, chefs were aware. There never seemed to be a total guarantee. My son is sensitive to nuts, peanuts and lupin. Lupin beans are eaten whole and also used to make ingredients such as lupin flour and lupin protein. These ingredients are often used in baked goods and pasta, including gluten-free products. It used in many flour-related products in Europe. There is much better awareness of allergy related ingredients than in past years. The cards are helpful.

These allergy cards were great and so helpful. We showed these to various restaurants in Germany, and they helped keep our son from eating something he shouldn't. I would buy these again when we travel to a foreign country.

These cards were very helpful. I speak a bit of German but my French is pretty bad. These cards gave us tremendous peace of mind; and we even avoided eating some places after the staff read the cards. Peanuts were fairly prolific in France so these cards were real lifesavers.

I will be using these cards starting tomorrow but they are good quality and I'd recommend them to others

Went to Paraguay and everyone said the translation was good. Worked well for the most part and gave me comfort eating strange foods.

I bought SelectWisely cards (the separate nuts and peanuts cards) before I went to study abroad in China. My professor was really impressed with the translation, and almost everyone I handed it to in China understood immediately. No emergencies. I just came back to get several more languages for upcoming trips. As a backup, though, I still plan to learn "Do you cook with peanuts or peanut oil?" in each language.
