Picture for closer up and in comparison to the bed— though, my mattress has a 3” memory foam topper sitting on it, so take that into account if you think it sits low. It doesn’t. My mattress is just in 3” heels, as it were. This arrived quickly, was very easy to put together, it’s sturdy, and the USB worked as soon as I plugged it in and turned it on. Fantastic little night stand. Space for tea, books, phone, lap, and decor— and that’s strictly the top of it, as you can see. This is perfect for my guest room. It’s lovely. Would very much buy again. Any reviews claiming it’s very small, I’m sorry you didn’t read the specifications telling you how big it is down to quarter-inches, I guess??? Use a tape measure next time? How big do you actually need if THIS is the design you were looking at? Would this work in my bedroom? No, but I have a chronic injury, so my nightstand drawer has to be able to hold heating pads and a percussion gun, at the very least. Obviously, that wouldn’t work for this. Wish this was all I needed. I love this adorable thing. It’s perfect.

It was well protected in its packaging yet the packaging was relatively easy to remove. The instructions were clear. The assembly steps were minimal. The fasteners were strong and simple screw or bolts requiring either a hex or philips bit (with a hex key included). No funky cam locks that are easily stripped. It was real wood although the top was a lot of finger jointed smaller pieces which were visible. It is very sturdy when built. The drawer was a nice solid construction and bottom. The finish was good but not perfect. I bought two and both were of equal quality. THe usb charger was just a bonus. I felt the furniture was a great value on its own. One minor complaint is that it really shouldn’t have a blue light on a night table. If you don’t use the usb charger then no light. But if you use it then there is a light. I will fix that with a dab of black touch up paint. It also came with a multi use charger cable that worked for iPhone. The cable also had mini and micro usb. This table just proves that solid wood furniture can be shipped disassembled in a box for a very reasonable price. IKEA and sauder should take notice and stop with the particle and cardboard that has a thousand pieces, weird fasteners, excessive packaging, and breaks if you move it around too much after assembly.

I'll state beforehand that I didn't order this end table with anything else in mind other than having charge ports for my fiance's phone so she can charge it overnight. In that respect, this end table gets the job done for the price. The end table is not difficult to set up, but you may need a drill gun to install the bottom set of screws into the legs. Either that, or I just don't have the best strength when trying to install with a screwdriver... Lol. Also, the drawer knob did not have a pilot hole drilled in for the accompanying screw, so I needed to drill one to get the screw threaded down all the way. It's a solid and sturdy piece of furniture. It doesn't rock or tilt, it's well designed. The USB ports all work properly, with two of them showing blue LEDs to indicate power and to find them better in the dark. This end table even came with a USB branch cable that has 3 different connectors, a nice surprise! The only complaint I have is that the drawer is a little too small for my liking. We had an old end table that we were hoping to replace with this one, but noticed that our old end table had a much spacier drawer for cables, remotes, and other stuff we stored away. Now, that's not the designer's fault; I should have considered drawer space when looking it up. However, we are keeping the old end table for the drawer space (for now) and will set up the new one next to it. Overall, this is a very solid piece of furniture for the price. If you just want an end table that has a USB port setup to charge your electronics, you'd be hard pressed to find much better than this for the price. If you are looking for an end table with more drawer space, this likely won't be what you want.

I read the reviews on this piece and was skeptical so when I received the table I was careful to make sure everything was in working order before assembly. My pros: The table was packaged beautifully; there were no nicks, marks, or dings on any of the pieces. I checked to make sure the USB port was functioning properly - with success - before putting the table together. It was very easy to assemble - took about 10 minutes. The hardware includes an allen wrench, so the only tool you will need is a phillips screw driver. All the pieces are real wood except the floor of the drawer. It is pressed board but still sturdy enough. The real wood grain shows through the stain nicely and the color is almost identical to my 70 year old bedroom set. The drawer slide is nice and smooth with slight tension so the drawer will not slide out while carrying the table. The hardware used to assemble the piece is all hidden underneath. The legs are stained completely (the part that touches the floor). I only mention this because there was a review where this was not the case with another customer. My only three cons: I gave it a 4 for sturdiness because the legs are slightly off which creates a wobble. This was easily corrected with felt floor protectors that I had to apply anyway because of the wood floors. The wood grain is nice but you can tell it is not a hard wood - maybe pine or something. Along with the wood grain on the top of the table you see the wood joints - that is kind of off putting. The biggest con is the hole in the knob that assembles to the drawer needed to be drilled larger as the screw used for assembly was slightly bigger than the hole.

Easy to assemble and I’ve had a pair for a few years they work and look great.

This was a dream to put together. I'm not handy and by myself, with no power tools, it took under 15 minutes to put together from opening the box until attaching the plug and putting right side up. The top part with the drawer comes already assembled so that helps. The hardest part was attaching the knob to the drawer (its an awkward angle and needs a screw driver that isn't too long so it can fit inside the drawer). It feels sturdy, no wobbling. I love the USB plug feature which is the main reason I bought this. It came with the device power cord show in my picture which I wasn't expecting. The stand isn't very big and the draw is a bit shallow - perfect for my needs, but if you are looking for a big nightstand with lots of storage, this might not be the best fit for you. Overall, I'm really pleased with this purchase. Its exactly what I needed and I can't stress enough how easy it was to put together (a chore I wasn't looking forward to and it turned out to be so simple).

This little table is probably better than something made of MDF but it is far from quality furniture. The overall construction of the table is OK but angles do not fit perfectly and a few key parts are merely stapled into place. The table arrived in a timely fashion and was well packaged so there was no damage due to shipping. Most of the assembly was very easy, taking me only about 15 minutes. The top section comes preassembled so all one has to do is screw on the legs, inserting the shelf as instructed then screw the knob onto the drawer front. The front of my drawer was not pre-attached as it was shown in the instructions. The drawer front and the screws needed to attach it had been tossed into the box along with everything else. As the drawer was not easily removed from the table, it took me a while to find a screwdriver of the proper length to fit in the drawer so that I could attach the drawer front, but, once found, the drawer front was easily attached. The guide hole in the knob was not centered in the knob so screwing it in place was a problem. The top of the table has a few dents near the USB port, possibly caused when the USB port was installed. I believe this manufacturer may have some quality control issues. The USB port has a blue light that illuminates when the power is turned on. Something to be aware of if you choose to charge your phone on this table while you sleep. You will have an unexpected nightlight beside your bed if you have the power switched on to the USB port.This table was purchased for our son to use in his college condo. Most of the furnishings in that condo are hand-me-downs or garage sale finds. This little table will be perfect for his needs in that setting. The price is fair but no great deal.

This is 1 of my favorite finds to date. Semi-pre assembled and super easy to do. Love the color of the walnut on black. Drawer is on the small side but enough to hold basics: glasses, phone and charger plugs (included). I would definitely recommend 5⭐️ Update: ordered the all white one too for my daughter’s room. Good quality, sturdy, and real easy to assemble.

Simple assembly, good craftmanship, sturdy and esthetic. Hard to complain. Not only does it have a USB charger in it, it has a switch to control it, but they also include a "universal" cable (Apple iphone, USB "C" and Micro USB). I recommend

Exactly what I was looking for. Price is amazing and it is solid wood. I haven’t seen anything out there remotely matching the price, functionality and quality of this night table. All of the USB’s work and the led blue light turns on when you’re using it and turns off with the switch

I wanted a place to charge cellphones and iPad and get the devices and cords off my kitchen counter. The table is beautiful espresso coloured solid wood (not particle board) and is very sturdy. Took about 10 minutes to assemble very easy. Charges devices quickly. The only drawback is the drawer is narrow and fairly shallow. For example iPad does not fit in there I use it to store coasters and extra cables. I finally have a place to store all my television remotes. Would recommend as a mid range price point

Real wood top. Beautiful finish. USB charging port is a great convenience although it could have been placed at an unobtrusive spot, with terminals positioned horizontally. This table is highly recommended.

Well put together. Pricey but nice.
