I purchased this unit to replace the same article purchased 2 years ago. Once the new item was in place I inspected the old item which had stopped turning off completely and had stopped turning on completely. The unit is installed in a domestic drinking water system, so perfectly clean healthy water. On inspection the 'old' ball was pitted, the valve itself was very difficult to turn by hand so it is unsurprising that the motor could not operate the valve. The valve was/is turned off/on at least once a day. It will be interesting to see for how long the new one performs. I would not recommend this item.

浅井戸ポンプを使用していますが冬季間は凍結防止のためにタイマーで設定した時間おきに電磁弁を使用して井戸水を動かし凍結予防をしていましたが電磁弁特有のシャットダウン的な止まり方にウォーターハンマーが発生していました。この電動弁はゆっくりと開閉するのでとても静かで気持ちよく安心できるようになりました。又ボール弁作動時以外は電力消費はないようです。 追伸 実はこの電動弁を購入し使用した際にバルブが閉じないとレビューしてしまいましたがいろいろと試した結果タイマーの電源に問題がありこのバルブには異常はありませんでした。前のレビューを見た方申し訳ありません 自分的にはとても良いものだと思いますので評価を星５つに訂正してお詫びします。
