Customer service was good
We originally received an incorrect replacement filter. That proved to be frustrating due to getting it installed for some guests in our unit.The message responses were quick. It took longer than we would have liked to get the replacement, but the customer service interaction was great.The filter (replacement) fits perfect and would order from the seller again. Aloha!

works but missing front-piece
This works and fits just fine. Just be aware that the part that is visible in the grill area is just black, not matching to the original.

Perfect fit
Perfect fit for my AC window unit. The Downside is that my unit reads that I need to replace the filter pretty quickly. I think it is because it is working almost non-stop during the summer.
