Great product. Easy to mix and swallow. I have used this product for about a year. It has no chemical filler and a tiny amount of sugar. It can be substituted for at least one meal a day. Thank you to Frequency Foods for distributing this Total Food Powder.

I pretty much live on Total Food, the enzymes, and Green Garden. I don't feel hungry and there's no growling stomach.I am not much of an eater so these products are really important to me. I also take their Vitamin C and Quantum Cleanseevery day and love the Sateen and Comfort.
