Waterproof ink and super stable writing
I wanted permanent writing for legal paper sign by fountain pen. I find this brand by online search and then I read the review and buy this .This is amazing.I test this ink stability writing on a paper next day I washed the paper with water , not even a single smudge happen. Even by alcohol writing did not smudge.

Not Waterproof as Expected
I bought these Platinum Carbon Pen Ink cartridges expecting the same waterproof performance as the ones I had used before. Unfortunately, these cartridges are not waterproof. After the ink dried, it still smudged when I applied water, which was disappointing because I use my pen for line-and-wash artwork. The previous Platinum Carbon cartridges I purchased were truly waterproof, so I'm not sure if the formulation has changed or if I received a different batch. If you're buying these specifically for waterproof ink, you may want to test them before using them for artwork.

If you are looking for a black ink that stays put in the most difficult condition, THIS IS THAT INK! It has great flow, minimal feathering, and is a perfect companion for a Platinum Preppy fountain pen! I buy them again and again!
