Pathetic quality
I am extremely disappointed with the quality of this cat food. The smaller packet that came with the product was fine, but when I opened the larger packet after a few days, I found many kibble pieces stuck together with a white, fuzzy substance that looks like mould. The product was manufactured in August and is not expired, yet its condition is extremely concerning. This is food for my cat, and feeding contaminated food could put my pet's health at risk. The return option is not available, but that does not make this issue acceptable. Why is such poor-quality food being sold? I request that you investigate this quality issue and arrange an appropriate refund or replacement. I can provide photographs of the affected food, packaging, batch number and expiry date. Please take this complaint seriously. My pet's safety should not be compromised.
