What I immediately like about this waist trimmer is the straightforward honest use of the product.What you buy is what you get, and it's exceptional to use. The belt is comfortable and functional right off the bat, conforming to your body size with high strength Velcro strips, that way even if you were being optimistic while making your purchase (buying a smaller size than usual) it'll still fit perfectly even if you were a waist size off. As well, while you're losing the weight that needs to go, it adjustable so that you can tighten the belt to follow your receding belly. I went with a medium size and I still think that it will tighten perfectly when I move down a weight size.The packaging was great and I looked the entire product over for any of the usual defects. There were none! It arrived just in time Thursday morning for exercise before leaving for work. Trust me, I even considered wearing it into the office. It's not a clunky belt that just ties around your belly, it actually fits really nicely and looks/feels like the high-end waist trimmer that it is. Really good craftsmanship.Initially I was a little hesitant to use it, this being my first attempt at exercising while something was contoured around my stomach, but as I started my morning run I was pleasantly surprised with the support I felt right away. Take this from someone who did electrical work for two years straight and did a lot of incorrect lifting, the belt helped support my lower back and saved me from some of the usual pain. I'll certainly use it this in the winter when the cold Utah snow (October through April) exacerbates my spine.Next, I went on to abs in the front yard and was glad to see that no matter what type of abs I was doing -- planks, superman’s, mountain climbers, side leg-raises -- the trimmer belt didn't slow me down or get in the way. In fact, the extra support was a must during the last ten minutes of my routine. Would have puttered out early without it! I think this belt would lend itself really well to activities like biking, running, Pilates, and other similar core strengthening exercises. You could even wear it to an intense dance class and it wouldn't slow you down.I'm looking forward to seeing an increase in my metabolism, and am adjusting my diet and exercise accordingly! At first most of the weight loss will be water weight, just as it was after my run. Abs in the Formed by Me Waist Trimmer however are definitely the clinchers, it’s already obvious to me that I'll tone my body a lot quicker while also improving my weight and posture. Nothing could be better and I'm glad to be getting all these perks at once. Plus, in my opinion you really don't notice the sweat until you take off the belt for a shower, now that's just an added bonus.Very happy with this product and I’m going to be suggesting it to my friends and coworkers!

I received this waist trimmer and the color is bold and vibrant. The red and black looks great, and it was packaged nicely (no damage or funny smells). I'm not a fan of waist trainers, but I do enjoy the extra support and I definitely get support wearing this waist trainer. It's adjustable and comfortable to wear. I prefer to wear over my clothes when I am lifting weights or squatting, etc. I would definitely recommend this waist trimmer. The price is reasonable also.
