Comfortable glasses to wear, I wear them two hours before I go to bed, whilst I watch the TV or I’m on my laptop with the internal lights on in the house. I have noticed a difference in my sleep straight away, no restless tossing and turning for 40 minutes before finally falling asleep. I highly recommend these glasses for anyone looking to improve there sleep quality

Does what they are supposed to. I work long hours on computers and these have stopped my eyes feeling so tired and dry.

It didn't work for me

I used the cheap welder-looking uvex blue blockers which were good at blocking blue light but had very uncomfortable, giant and weird looking frame- ok for the price and iust testing out the blue blocking miracle. After I experienced an amazing improvement in my sleep and general eye tension after wearing blue blockers I decided to find a nicer looking and more comfortable pair of glasses. These ones are perfect (for my smaller head), very comfortable material (I dont evem feel them on my nose) and quality lenses- no slight magnifying effect that I experinced with the cheap uvex ones. The lens and frame quality and exceptional! Do cheap ones work? Sure but these block more blue light than my cheaper versions and I can feel the higher quality to them. Get what you can afford. Start off cheap and replace with quality when you know you will wear them. Sleep improves dramatically with religious use after dark.

Bought these and Theraspecs to compare. Both are for slightly different issues, so I'll priobably wear the theraspecs during the day and these at night. The frame upon opening was noticeably warped. One arm is higher than the other. Tried gently bending it slightly, but it sisnt make a difference and i don't want to break it. Other than the fact it sits oddly weighted on my right side ofnmy face, they seem to do its job. It also has more glare than the theraspecs lens.

You will never buy another brand. These are the best i've ever had

As a long-time bio-hacker, I've known about blue blockers for a while but never pulled the trigger (as most frames are a bit too corny looking!) since I've been pregnant, I've been waking up, up to 8 times per night with insomnia like symptoms. Ordered these babies online and wore them for 2 hours before bed and slept like a baby, only waking up once the first night from wearing them. The second night I slept all the way through! Definitely recommend. Even if you are mindful about not doing screen time an hour before bed, the normal lighting inside and outside your home is enough to keep you up! Helped me a ton! And they look great ;)
