Where is this product made? We've been using similar products at work which are made in China and they there not worth much.

Pretty sure it is foreign made. Got it for my Dad as a gift for his snow blower. Worked well this past winter. Takes batteries.

Can the magnets be removed? Looking to use them without magnets.
