When I saw all the negative reviews here about True Sons I was hesitant to buy. But I was so desperate to find a beard dye that works for me I decided to give it a try anyway. Honestly, it is the best beard dye I've ever used. I used at least three different brands of beard dye in the past and they all left me with severe allergic skin reactions. Just For men is the worst one because it landed me in the emergency room because of severe itch and rashes everywhere on my body. True Sons is the first beard dye that my skin can tolerate and it works well. One application lasts me between 7 and 9 days. I understand that everybody is different. What works for one may not work for another because we have different immune system and different type of skin. It won't hurt to give True Sons a try. You never know, it might work for you too just like it works for me. I will continue using True Sons as long as I have beard. And I'm very thankful this product exists.

This is the biggest scam-garbage. Don't believe the ad. Don't believe the BS paid reviews. This crap turned my beard a blueish color. I had to dye it twice, which used up the majority of the bottle. It still looks terrible. It stained my neck and chin and I had to scrub it off. It's messy. It's way over priced. I have been using just for men for over 20 years and I will go back to that. This stuff sucks. DO NOT BUY.

I tried this product because I was looking for a product that does not result in chemical burns to the face when used. I had tried the Just For Men beard coloring product which resulted in sever chemical burns that not only caused intense itching but actually caused burns that resulted in blistering. I didn't realize that there were multiple lawsuits and class action suits against Just For Men I was looking for a product that will not result in chemical burns. After using this product, I did have some milder itching and skin irritation but nothing like the awful Just for Men product. I'm still looking for one that has NO skin irritation but I'm not sure one even exists. Until then, I'll continue to use the product.

Everyone’s hair is different - especially beard hair. My grays are super super coarse and they aren’t easy to dye. I tried to use the instructions first and had no results. So I went to the company’s web page (who has a guarantee they stand by) and the nice customer service representative and I walked through some options for a second attempt. When that failed, they simply asked for the Amazon order, and promptly refunded me. I think some of the folks reviewing this failed to notice the actual manufacturer is the seller (Amazon is just a distribution channel), and they never bothered to look at the actual company’s site and policies. So while this didn’t work for me, I really do think it will work for others, and I have to applaud any company that stands by their product and guarantee. In the future I’d definitely consider looking at True Sons other products.

I had an allergic reaction, just like I do with just for men. Doesn’t have the ammonia smell, but it still caused me a lot of face irritation with one use. Probably works well for some people.

I tried this on three separate occasions and me neither time worked, all it did was die my skin. A waste of money! Also no you can’t return this so you’re stuck....

I am about 35 percent grey on the sides and back of my hair, and I want to be about 10 percent grey. I've tried multiple hair dyes that either turn my hair a reddish hue (my friends called me 'amber waves of grain') or leave me looking raven goth bird black. Long story long, this is the first one that actually works. I apply just a bit about every 8-10 days. I purchased in January and just re-purchased late April because I am out. So if you have super short hair, don't need a lot, you can 3-4 months out of it, so honestly, that price point IS NOT BAD AT ALL (if you were getting single process color at a salon, it would be like 55-75 bucks, and would leave you with permanent hair color for a couple weeks). It's also super easy to use and doesn't require a lot of time. The only downfall that I can say is that at the end of the bottle, I can still hear a bunch of product inside, but it won't foam out. I even tried holding at a 45 degree angle, and nothing. Other than that, PERFECTION. Great product!

This is a really dood product, but you have to test out the application times to get your preferred result. I’m 90% gray and although the product description says not for totally silver hair, I love the natural looking results. It takes my hair back to 20% grey. It lasts a good 7-10 days so reapply once a week for best results. Make sure that you apply it really evenly for the best results. I started at 10 minute application time but have now landed at 20 mins for better results. For the best results I apply for 10 wash out and reapply for another 10. Good luck

It didn't dye my hair, it dyed my face. Does not work at all. Total waste of money.
