Calico Nail Bandages - 30 Invisible Bandages

I've used Calico Nail Bandages for a few years. Was unable to find them in the stores. Went to Amazon to see if I could find them. The product package looked the same on the internet, but when I used them they were very thick and would not stay in place on my nails. I was not happy with them.

There are a variety of sizes of bandages that will take care of various sizes of rips. Not all of my nails are curved exaaaactly the same, but I haven't had any trouble with these not sticking or conforming to any of my nails. I wash my hands pretty often during the day, so unless I top coat over the bandage a couple times, water does end up getting under it and loosening it either the same day or the next.These things have been a life saver (or nail saver) pretty often since I found them in my local Fred Meyer. Inevitably, when I rip a nail, it tends to be pretty high up to where I can't cut it off without cutting skin on the other side and causing a lot more pain. I'm a sissy, I don't like pain, and especially not nail pain. :) Using them by themself saves me generally until I get home from work or through to the next day if i am pretty cautious, but when I use them underneath a polish job along with a little bit of nail glue for extra protection, I've had it last for around a week and a half to two weeks, which is long enough for the nail to grow out enough to not kill me when I have to cut it. I've been sad to not find them at my Fred Meyer anymore as my pack has now dwindled down to about a 1/3 left, so I am glad to see that I can get them through Amazon as well.

These do not work at all. They won't stick or stay on. I was disappointed. I thought they would work for a temporary fix for a nail with a small crack in it but they won't stay on so they are worthless.

i had been looking for these for a long time and was so happy to find them. they work very well and have helped me save a broken nail more than once. i would definitely recommend them

I gave it a 1 because it didn't stick not even with a top coat if polish. They are clear but not flexible enough to shape under the edge of the nail.

I've used these for years and they work very well. They're very hard to find now and I hope they aren't being discontinued.

These bandagaes do NOT stick at all!!! They do not even stay down when you first applyt them. Using file to trim away is not even an option

I have used these before and loved them, but this set just will not stay stuck on. No idea why???
