I have had a rough time if im honest. The sofa and the delivery men are fantastic, the sofa is more than what I was expecting, in size and comfort .. we love it. The delivery man was polite and curteous, put my sofa together.He was great.. But after a week of coming and going wether it was being delivered. As im disabled we were rung the night before and said our sofa would be delivered the next day, therefore we arranged for the old one to be removed, only to find out the next day it wasn't and to top it all I would have to wait a week, with no sofa. Being physically disabled and using the sofa as a bed if i cant get upstairs, but i couldn't. I was told very courtly you can have the sofa next week or refund but make your mind up. It's more to the fact I didnt have a sofa that i didn't get a refund. So my overall experience hasn't been great, a lot if stress, worry, pain and tears but my sofa is here and it's comfy, a good height, looks good, And can fit loads of people on it too.

I ordered this on Thursday, received a text Friday and was delivered at 8:30 Saturday morning ! Customer service was amazing was amazing with updates and a call on Saturday to confirm delivery .It was extremely well packaged . I live in a 3rd floor flat with no lift and had no problems getting it the stairs ( Well my son didn't , I "supervised"! )It came in 3 seperate pieces which was great as we have narrow staircases but the care taken in wrapping the pieces of the sofa meant it was in perfect condition when we got it in .It fits together so easily and it is soo comfy !!The cushions are nice and soft - and theirs lots of them ! The arm rest are nice and big as well !There is plenty of room for everyone to sit - but if course everyone wants the corner !The delivery men were so professional and polite .The sofa has really pulled my living room together !Fantastic value for money

Reviewing after owning the sofa for 4 months.For the price range this sofa was a great find.Its a good size, built fairly well and has a modern look.It must be comfy because i have fallen asleep on it quite a few times.The only fault i can find are that the wooden frame is quite apparent in some locations.

Honestly my dream sofa. Amazing value for money, it's just as advertised - if anything, bigger and lovelier than I expected - and really makes the room. Cushions are firm and still very comfortable and it even comes with reversable pillows on top. The delivery men were fab, they texted ahead of time to confirm my delivery slot and assembled the sofa for me in less than ten minutes. They even took the old sofa out of the house for me!! I was getting quotes for a sofa like this for about £1k minimum with a 8-12 week delivery time but this sofa was half that price and arrived waayy sooner than i expected - within three weeks. Can't reccomend this product enough!

Just had the sofa delivered, and absolutely over the moon with it. Delivery took slightly longer than expected, but not by much and the company phoned a few days ago to arrange delivery. Received a message this morning to confirm a time, and the delivery men turned up right on time. They were very speedy with bringing the sofa in and getting it all set up (13 minutes from receiving a phone call to say they were nearly here and the sofa being fully set up), and the sofa is just as described. Seat cushions are firm but very comfortable, and looks even better in person than in the pictures. The delivery men don’t take the sofa packaging with them but that isn’t an issue as can take it to the dump. Very very happy with the whole process from start to finish.

Just checking in and updating my review for anyone who is unsure about this sofa. I have had mine for nearly a year now and when I first got it I gave it five stars on my review - I still feel exactly the same about it now as I did then. I have 5 children all climbing all over it daily and it still holds its own! It's still looks stunning, the cushions are all still lovely and overall it's just a gorgeous great value sofa! I would definitely buy this again without hesitation.

Arrived later than delivery date, when the delivery drivers arrived at 5am they carelessly shoved the sofa through my door frame and ripped the sofa on the door handle, I had to call the company and request a new section of the sofa this finally arrived and had to be left in my garden after 2 weeks waiting, they took a further 3 weeks to collect the broken section that was left in my house due to them arriving and not calling before hand.Communication is poor!The sofa itself has hard cushions so isnt comfy to sit on but nice to look at...
