Fits perfectly and covers stitches
This onesie fit my kitty just right and is made with very soft & stretchy fabric. My cat is 8 pounds and a medium was exactly the size she needed. I just recently got her spayed so im using this to keep her from licking/biting her stitches since she hated wearing a cone. It was easy to put on and it also allows your pet to use the bathroom while still wearing the onsie which i like. Not only is this a great alternative for a cone, it's also adorable :)

Adorable, perfect fit, and stylish!
We bought two of these in sizes medium, one pink & one purple for our 2 girls that were spayed. They both weigh almost the same, one weighs 7.3lbs and one weighs 7.6lbs.We were a little worried they would manage to get it off or they wouldn't be comfortable in it. They have had them on approximately only a day for now (I will update in a week or 2 after they can be removed) but so far they are WONDERFUL.Our babies had so much trouble just eating or drinking with the cones, it was a chore for us and them. They feel much more confident and are actually able to walk around now, and climb onto things if need be carefully. Our one little girl was absolutely terrified after the surgery. (We 100% think she absolutely hated the cone) She wouldn't eat, wouldn't use the litterbox, and was even hissing at both of us. We put the suit on her, took off her cone, SHE IMMEDIATELY rolled over and started purring and let us pet her.I don't think people realize how bad the cone affects their pets - it literally messes with their peripheral vision, and it makes day to day tasks harder. I would be absolutely frustrated all the time if I couldn't eat or drink properly, or even go to the restroom. Just saying!Did I mention these are so freaking cute?? I might keep them on the cats occasionally just because they're cute!!! They are perfect for multiple cat households, because neither kitty can lick the incision.Pros-AdorableThin fabric, so it's very breathableStretchy material, so it fits them perfectly, and you can make it tighter with the drawstringPrivate parts are left uncovered so litterbox trips are just like normal!Kitty can actually eat and drink comfortably now!Cons-Cat almost get out of the suit (she got it about 50% off), we made the suit a bit tighter and that seemed to fix it.Drawstring doesn't really stay "tightened". We aren't sure how to fix it quite yet but we've literally only had these a day!All in all, these are cheap (but great quality), and your cat will be more comfortable. At the very least, try it! You can always return it if it doesn't work out for you. We're so glad we tried these and they work wonderfully. We are thinking about buying a 3rd just to have for our other cat because these are so darn cute!!

Go up a size. Run small
I think they're soft and good for it's purpose, but run small.

So CUTE!
This little kitty leotard fits perfectly, as described, is easy to put on, easy to open the velcro flap to put healing salve on the spots on her back that she licked bald and irritated, and easy to close back up. This is not a calm, easygoing cat. But she seems to equate the new leotard with the disappearance of the cone collar, and has instantly accepted her first-ever clothing. The leotard is light weight, stays in place and does not interfere with anything, except her nervous habit of licking and biting off patches of fur along her spine. We hope that once her skin is fully healed she will be able to manage without the leotard. If not, we will buy three more, and keep her in leotards going forward.

E-Collar Alternative? Yes, but...
This is a good E-collar alternative, but depending on your pets preference it may or not make them more comfy. While it worked for its main purpose of keeping my female kitty off her stitches after her spay, she was no happier than she was with the e-collar. It just made her much less mobile, and more grouchy toward me. With the -collar the vet gave us, she would walk around and 'try' to live normally, bumping into things and not being able to get in her favorite nooks and crannys of the house, and was in relatively good spirit. I grabbed one of these thinking she would prefer it, but the moment I put it on she just got depressed and would barely move, sitting in the loaf position staring at the wall just about 24/7. She is a 6lb average dimensioned/pre portioned kitten, and the small size fit her perfectly, but these need to be form fitting (Like hers was) to ensure they cant get under the cloth to nibble on the stitches and with my cat at least this very minor constriction really bothered her. She would pretend she couldnt walk, rolling over when put down (and so on), even though she "could" move. I know this because a few hours after putting it on her, I had company over to the house, who was a stranger to her and when they walked in the one and only time she moved while wearing the vest occurred, as she dashed across the house to hide, with her normal speed and dexterity... Soon as the company left she was back to acting like she could barely walk, being a loaf of bread. The material is pretty thin, but for $10 it was about the quality you would expect. Right out of package a few stitches were already fraying, but nothing that would make it fall apart for the time it was needed. Definitely not a good option if you want it for multiple cats over time/plan to wash it and re-use more than once or twice. For the price its good to get to at least try, as your pet may not be as grouchy as mine and for $10 is was well worth the try, as it was no big loss when I ended up going back to the cone the next day.
