So getting into it, I was worried about one review(above most) the battery. So I first charged and the battery was at 50%, unplugged it and the number on the LED went down drastically, I couldn’t figure out why. I felt like I had a faulty battery like another customer. But pro tips** don’t use the cable they give you. Granted is reliable. But it is cheap. Get a cable that can handle a steady current, can result in better battery life. I did this and the battery held steady. I also realized that if you notice the same thing, just know that these products do not come with a minimal charge. Which means you will have to charge it from the start. Which means you’ll be giving your battery the first bit of life. Along with the headsets themselfs. They are not charged. So if you get the battery unplugged and see it go down, it means the battery is charging the headsets drastically. Compensate by not using them and allowing them to get 99-100%. Hope this helps someone who was skeptical and worried about the same problem. By the way 9/10 on the sound quality. Really good bass. And a 9/10 on the external sound reduction, can hardly hear anything outside my music.

After 6 days, they stopped working completely. The left earbud had no sound coming out, then when I went through their troubleshooting steps it stopped pairing with the right headphone, then stopped showing up on my available Bluetooth devices, then wouldn't charge (all within about 3 hours of troubleshooting). Returning because at least it crapped out in 6 days, not 30. PS - I loved these. The battery was lovely, the sound quality was just fine, and it fit my ears perfectly. Nice size and design of the case too. I really wish they didn't stop working.

Update: While I was unable to fix the intermittent sound problem, the customer service more than made up for it. The company was very understanding and was able to sort things out quickly. ***original post*** I love the battery life...AMAZING. The pods themselves are very comfortable and the sound quality is sufficient. Unfortunately, I experience constant sound interruption, even with a full battery. It is quick and corrects itself, but if I am going to spend $50 on anything I want it to work as it is intended to. I was going to send them back for a refund when I lost them :(. Fortunately, I have found them now, but it is too late to return them.

These are fine. The case is interesting looking. That’s the best thing I can say about these. The audio quality is average. The touch controls are just as much a problem as they are a solution. The case battery is fine, but it drains soooo fast upon any type of use. They don’t both pair right away, which has been my biggest peeve. ONE does. The other needs extra steps to pair first or alone. I don’t know much about how programming these things works, but it can’t be that difficult to make them BOTH pair quickly. Considering I’ve bought headphones with waaay more functionality (wireless charging/better pairing/external battery) for about 10 bucks more, these are pretty disappointing. I purchased this wireless ear buds for my galaxy 9+ and galaxy watch. and have been using three days. The shipping was so fast. The black outer box looks fancy. It came with extra 2 pair ear plugs for adjusting,charging cable and user manual in the box. The design of this is so nice. It was easy to pair to my cell phone and watch. It exactly fit to my ear but not my wife. When I switched smaller one it was fit. I got almost 4 hours playing time even though it describe 3-3.5 hours. The sound of this ear buds’ quality is not a best but a pretty decent quality(I didn’t feel any differences comparing to Samsung ear buds before I used. It also has strong bass but I cannot control if it had application to control bass. It would be better. And it is automatically connected when I took out of recharging case. It was pretty convenient. These are good matters of this ear buds.

I had these headphones for about a month now and everything was going well until last week. I didn’t mind that the mic didn’t work in calls, I loved the wireless component. Battery life can be improved. However, my biggest issue and why I don’t recommend them is because there was SO MANY technical glitching with their Bluetooth component. The R and L sides would often misalign and I’d have to “forget the device” several times before I got them to align again. Then last week, the L side just stopped connecting altogether even after full charging and reconnecting and connecting again. I also tried what other reviewers did which was pull them out and out them in at the same time, but it didn’t work. I will say however, that the headphone sound was great and the customer service was fast to offer me a refund for my defective pair.

For the time that the earbuds worked for me, they were great. The only complaint I could think of was that if I wanted to use only one earbud at a time while the other charges, I'd only ever be able to use the left one (but the interchangeability is something I had gotten used to from a different product). After finding that out, I used them sparingly. After a while though, I'd plug in the station to charge, and it would claim it was charging, but the headphones would turn on, say the power was low, and then shortly turn off. Eventually it stopped saying that it was charging, and after that I heard a rattling noise as if something inside the docking station had broken off. They're decent earbuds when they work, just don't expect them to last too long.

Excellent product...I’m fussy about sound quality, usually only use wired ear buds but these were a pleasant surprise....other features; design, battery life, recharge time, noise cancellation and comfort were all excellent....product has worked well so far....I especially like the recharging design, very innovative...
