Changed my views on wireless headphones
This review is almost after 1.5 years of usage. I owned a pair of audio technica M20X before these headphones, so I was already impressed by the sound quality of these headphones in the wired form however I was slightly apprehensive about how they would perform wireless. Below are the likes and dislikes I have developed over the last 1.5 years. Likes: 1. Excellent sound quality: They produce excellent mids and high and adequate bass(not too much of it to interfere with the music). Very clear and accurate sound. Perfect for all types of music but if you're looking for bass heavy headphones, these are not for you 2. Build quality: These are built like a tank. Even with my rough usage there are hardly any issues with them. Really sturdy overall. 3. Comfort: These are highly comfortable and can easily be worn for long periods of time. It might take being used to if these are your first over the ear headphones. 4. Battery life: Quite impressive battery life. They charge to full in about 4 hours or less and with real world usage they have about 3-4 days of battery. 5. Bluetooth connectivity and zero lag: The range on these is pretty good, and there's no noticeable lag even when gaming casually. Dislikes: 1. Poor microphone quality: One big issue I realised during the pandemic is how appalling the mic is. Several times people have told me that my voice is too low when I am using the mic on this headphone. So if you want a good mic this doesn't have it. 2. Charging mechanism: it doesn't have the type c port for charging which could be an incovenience if your other gadgets are type c compatible. Also there's no fast charging. 3. Absence of active noise cancellation: The headphones isolate the noise well but if you're looking for ANC then these headphones don't have it, but given the price(12.5 K INR) at which I bought them, I don't miss it. 4. Servicing centres: Although these headphones are really high quality, I am not sure if they have any service centres in India, so if they I am not sure who to reach out to Conclusion: These headphones are a really good upgrade over my previous m20X wired headphones and I was pleasantly surprised by the sound quality being so good. So if you're looking to buy a pairs of well built wireless headsets which get the basics rights in terms of sound quality, I can wholeheartedly recommend these, however you'll have to live the poor quality mic.

Amazing headphone at its price!
Got these for less than 12k on a sale here. At that price they are a no brainer. Sound quality is top notch even if it at times does not feel very open. Bass is good. Am not bass head. Dont like the souped up bass in consumer headphones. These have plenty of punch without the headphones being all about the bass. Vocals come in crisp and clear. Midrange is produced pretty accurately. The highs can be a little bright on some recordings but on most its pleasing and not harsh. Build quality is pretty good. Nice solid plastics and a metal central band. Comfort level is just ok... My ears does tend to hurt after prolonged use. Requires me to shift the headphones a little. But its not a deal breaker. Isolation is pretty neat for a headphone without noise cancellation. It would be great if the next iteration they add noise cancellation. Would be reason enough to upgrade. But even without they offer decent isolation. Once I got the headphones fired up the app on my android phone it notified me of a firmware upgrade. A WORD OF CAUTION! The update takes A LONG TIME! Do not put off the headset in the middle of it. Let it run through. I suggest waiting for about 45minutes! All in all an excellent set of cans. You cant go wrong with these. If you are looking for great sound at around 15k mark these are the ones to buy!

Best headphones under 20k
TL;DR Best headphones for the price. Not built for workouts etc. No noise cancellation and it's not a big deal as you might think unless you travel a lot or have an annoying co worker next to you. This is the best headphones i have used under 20k price range. If you really care for sound quality and don't like the hassle of using wires, this is the headphone for you. Now there is a question in many people's mind on sound quality of bluetooth headphones and does the price difference w.r.t it's wired unit justify... I too had the same question but after using it, one thing was very clear that the price difference did justify as the sound was spectacular on both wired and wireless modes.. So that extra money is a premium you would be paying to getting sound clarity like you would be getting on older M50x but without a wire. The headphones produces more crisp tunes with Apple music than Spotify and does have connectivity issues with older macbooks.. But laptops or computers running windows, linux or phones running android or iOS don't have any issues. Comfort is ok but definetely could have been better. Weight of the headphone is ok but it may not be comfortable for everyone so that can be a deal breaker. It comes with a soft pouch and that doesn't protect the headphones at all. Instead buy it's official headphone case from headphone zone. Overall: Sound quality - 4.8/5 Comfort - 3.5/5 Build Quality- 4/5 Noise cancellation - Not applicable

Clean audio with good battery life at reasonable price.
One important thing: The headphone came without a seal on the box it is not a normal thing. I was sceptical about this and found a stiching fault in the headband so got a replacement (Still without a seal on the box). The sound quality is great. The highs, mids and lows are balanced. It is one of the most clean audio I have heard. It is definitely not for base heads and not good at noise cancellation. But it brings up the bar with the originality of the audio. It may sound flat to some but it is great. Just give it some time and you will fall in love. I am not a heavy user (3hrs a day). And I charge it only once a week. Also 3.5mm cable is provided but it is short about 1.2m or 3feet 10inches. The headphone sound the same in both setting wired and wireless. But the volume takes a dive in wired setting. They are way louder in wireless conncetion. There are 14 levels of volume keeping the Bluetooth volume full on phone, I keep the headphones on level 8 for comfortable use. If the surrounding is noise is loud I keep the headphones on level 10. It gets too loud after that. There is no sound leaking at level 8. Didn't test with level 10. Also I got it for around 12k during discount. So if possible wait for it to drop on the price and get it during sale.

Amazing clarity and Balanced sound stage
These are neutral sounding headphones. Sound clarity is exceptional. With these I could now hear minutest sound / instruments with great amount of clarity, which I hadn’t noticed while listening on other pairs I had owned before. Pairing is easy with iPhone (just like any other Cans). Audio Technica app is not great though. It gives basic info related to battery, codecs etc. No equaliser options provided in the app. Noise isolation is poor. These Cans are not meant for noise isolation. If you are particular about this feature, look elsewhere. Battery life is great. I listened to music for about 1 hour a day for couple of weeks since the time I bought the Cans. And I have not used the headphones for the last 2 weeks. The headphones still have 50% left. These are bit heavier than Bose QC or Sony’s. For some, your ears may get hot after a short while (my friend experienced it). My ears extremely comfortable even after listening continuously for over 2 hours. These are one of the best headphones I have listened to so far. They include Sony, Bose, and Sennheiser. If you are looking for noise cancellation / isolation, these are not for you. They let every sound around you filter in. But if you are looking for a good neutral sounding headphones, that sound amazing, brilliant clarity and sound reproduction, Bluetooth and wired, and one that carries a great brand value - this one is for you.

Music lovers go for it!!!!
People looking for heavy bass thump, this is not for you. A good bluetooth headset with noise cancellation. Before buying this headset I did research for a good noise cancellation headset and found headsets like Sony WH-1000XM2, MDR-1000X, WH-CH500 and Sennheiser PXC550, HD4.50 BT. And then I found this headset. If you are a music lover who enjoys music (not heavy bass) I suggest go for it. This headset produces good sound, you can hear each and every instrument clearly. Pros: 1. It's a good bluetooth headset with noise cancellation(its good, not best) with good battery back up. 2. Produces good sound. N.b you'd need to tune your phone/PC equalizer. I use Note9 and I tuned my phone's equalizer and enabled dolby atmos and believe me the sound is awesome. 3. It plays the songs the way they are recorded. Be it any song, hard rock, hip hop, melodies, rock... you name it they all sound good. 4. Bass is good. 5. Material is sturdy and flexible. 6. Worth it. Cons: 1. Headset is little loose for me. I dont know about others. 2. I think they could've provided better cushions. I found it okay. Overall a very good headset. I would definitely recommend it. 5 star!!!

Everything you loved about the M50x PLUS flexibility and better sound.
I took a chance on this one to be honest and was amazed to find it a refined version of my M50x which has a signature slight V shaped curve and ear piercing sound. Both have their places in my collection of cans but I will always pick this one over the wired M50x for its flexibility in mode of operation AND the smoother sound. These are actually more pleasant to listen to and best of all have better quality ear pads that make them easier to wear for longer periods. And yeah that battery life is amazing, way better than my other BT cans i.e. the Bose QC 35, Sennheiser PXC 550 and BT 4.40. To cut a long story short - these are NOT audiophile cans (look elsewhere for type of sound) but a better behaved version of the venerable M50x. Love the headphones. These cost about 50% more than the wired versions but if you like the M50x you may find these wireless headphones worth the extra money.

Best of both worlds!!
First of all it doesn't have noice cancellation, which I don't really care that much about, but if you want then look somwhere else, even thoughnoise isolation on these are pretty good but it doesn't compare to any premium noice cancellation headphones. Now coming to why i bought these: 1). Exceptional sound whether you play wired or wireless, better than most Bluetooth headphones, lows are little bit more emphasized, mids sound just as good, and shrillness of highs are toned down a little bit compared to original m50x. You will not get this kind of sound even if you buy 1000xm3 2). Sounds same whether on wired or in wireless, just little bit difference which most will not be able to listen. 3). Battery life is insane doesn't know it goes 40 hours or not but it sure goes beyond my expectations, i tried draining them itook me 1 week of heavy usage to darin them even then it drained to 20% when i plugged them to charge. 4).Build quality is good hipe it lasts as long as the original ones which i had for 4 years and they still not showing any degredation in sound and its structure. So if you concerned about sound quality only, look nowhere else these are simply on higher end of sound on Bluetooth headphones, but if you want noice cancellation don't go for these, go for sony wh9000n at nearly same price as these also pretty solid

Perfect headphones for me!
These are my sixth pair of headphones and are making me wish I had just bought these to begin with. Let me start by explaining what I wanted from a set of headphones. As strange as this may sound, sound quality was not my primary interest. My hearing is not that good and sound separation for me is a concept not a reality. That said, things sound way, way better with these headphones than anything else I’ve tried. I wanted a good quality headphone with great battery life and a comfortable over the ear fit. Secondly, I wanted them with Bluetooth that would pair easily and allow me to range away from the source without dropping the playback. Finally, they needed to fold up for travel and be adaptable to iPhone, iPad, PC, TV, ETC. This is the first set of headphones I’ve owned that do all those things and do it well. The sound actually has separation that I can hear! The battery life is fantastic and the recharge time is short. I can also use them corded if I wish. I can leave my iPad in one end of the house and they still play just fine in the other end of the house without dropping the playback. Comfort! Comfort is different for each individual. This is the first set of headphones that are actually comfortable for me. I did replace the ear pads with a set of aftermarket pads that another reviewer recommended, and it made all the difference in the world. I wear glasses and there is no pressure on them at all. The headband is the right width, and the pads fit entirely over/ around my ears. I’ve worn these for eight hours straight and they were still comfortable! My ears didn’t feel pressured, they didn’t get hot or numb, I actually can forget I’m even wearing them. They also fold up and will pack nicely in my suit case and appear to be quite sturdy in construction. The noise canceling works also. When I’m listening to a video or to music, I hear no outside noise at all. I’m sure that is in part due to my hearing, but they do work better at canceling out room noise Than any of my other pairs did. So, all things considered I couldn’t be happier with this set of headphones. For me and my needs they are awesome.

Outstanding!
I bought the bluetooth M50Xs to replace my gaming headset that I've had for a while. Amazing sound quality! Booming bass, solid mids and clear treble, these headphones are definitely worth the price. Build quality is really good. Made of plastic but definitely does not feel cheap. Nice leatherette material on earpads and headband make wearing the headset very comfortable. However, when wearing the headphones, my ears tend to touch the drivers inside and causes some discomfort after a while. Not enough to knock off a star from this review, but definitely worth noting. Sound quality is excellent, as to be expected from a product by Audio Technica. I've tried many different headphones from different brands, and this is by far the best sounding headphones I've ever tried. I use these both plugged in at my computer and wireless when I'm out with my phone, and the sound quality does not change. Volume is really loud at maximum volume which is great. The earpads provide a great seal which blocks out a lot of the outside noise. Althought it won't achieve the same effect as active noise cancellation, this is great for casually listening to music or a podcast while on a bus or a train. Overall, the purchase was definitely worth it. I highly recommend these headphones (ATH-M50x BT) to everybody.

The Best Ever Headphones You Can Buy in 2020
This is one of the amazing Headphones that i have used till date, Audio-Technica kept the iconic sound quality of the infamous M50X and added a modern touch (wireless). The battery backup is insane as well, It really does give a 40 hours of continuous playback. And i don't even feel any sort of discomfort or pains after wearing it for hours, thanks to the soft ear cushions and headband. The build quality is also great, you can feel the premium quality of the material just by holding it. Overall it's an amazing Headphones that I've ever used.
