HEPA filter was not exactly like original with border insulation. So there is a big chance of leakage so how it can be as effective as original

After use 1 month 10days, bad smell coming
I received 20th December 2020 and now it's 1st February 2021 and used inky 1 month 10 days. However it coming bad smell. I would like to return but where should I complain for this?
